Defeated, and mastered, my first magicite! Sealion down in 48.15 seconds!

Refia (99): R2 Meteor Crush R2 Fires Within, BSB (small fire weapon and armor boost), Scholar's Boon
Ramza (83): Entrust Battery, MM
Onion Knight (99): R2 Smoldering Fire, R2 Protectga, BSB (small fire armor boost), DMT
Rosa (99): Healing and Shellga, USB

Ramza kept entrusting Bartz so he could use his USB, then blazing twinstrike with the chases (though I only got the 8-hit one once). Will be so much better when I finish his legend sphere to get his LM2 (couple nodes left). Rosa wrathed, then used her USB, which blinked one of the savage blizzagas. OK was there for his BSB, and did solid damage with the ninja fire ability. Refia's BSB entry was quite good, especially the second time, with each crit almost capping.

I can vouch for both of these. The Status Blink for Larsa is super helpful in some fights.
As for Sazh, I don't know how you're doing with magicites, but the buff followed by two instant casts makes him my favorite entruster.

Other than those two, a Faithga on a healer BSB (Aphmau) is great for mage teams. The rest is pretty unspectacular.

I skipped on the healing one cause Minwu's wasn't on it and Vanille's was the only interesting one of what was, and I'm low on the Mythril from having just returned to playing with any regularity (actually have Y'sh's I got it on a past lucky draw)

Finally beat the stupid Golbez d300 3-man CM! God this one sucks so hard, mostly because of my FF4 BSBs are poor damage except for Kain, especially disappointed in Edge's BSB, it doesn't even hit over 9999 with chant, Cloud USB and water infusion. Tried Kain, Edward, Rosa, Tyro and either Basch or Beatrix so they could use AOE holy bursts with Cloud RW to deal big damage to both Golbez and the dragon but I always get stuck at that last sliver of health on Golbez when Soldier Mode wears off and my damage drops rock hard and Golbez does his binding cold BS and fucks me over.

Decided to ditch Beatrix/Basch for Vaan and Edward for Ramza and Tyro for Parom. Had Vaan use his USB and instant thief revenges to make the most of Soldier mode, and had Rosa and Parom constantly cast medica soul breaks to keep my party alive due to the huge damage they were taking without wall. Even though I forgot Banishing Strike on Ramza for medals I still mastered it since Vaan's DPS killed Golbez quickly enough before he could do binding cold shenanigans.

Really wish I got a good soul break for Cecil or Ceodore, would have made this fight so much easier.

I know you don't like Tyro but that's a really, really good USB, especially for Full Throttle and status effect/imperil happy bosses (especially since it also has hastaga for Slowga bastards)

I fully legend dived Papalymo and now I can beat Sealion pretty easily now, but I can only do it in the 37-45-ish second range. I guess I can either wait until I have enough motes to legend dive Ace or whale for Onion Knight's sage USB if I want to clear under 30. Or the buffs to chain figara and Meltdown, whichever comes first.

I'm consistently beating Sealion at about 44 seconds, with the party I listed earlier. Going to try setting up a party for others soon too.

Beat all difficulties for Bahamut torment (FF 3). For JS, I used Cloud, Vaan, Tyro, OK, and Relm. Ark blast is super useful. Likely will give it another try later, subbing Luneth for Cloud, and maybe Arc for Relm for the CM. can definitely do it with Luneth I think, not sure about Arc. Going to try the Golbez/Dragon torment soon too.

What like, stats? That's a consolation I guess, even if core synergy is rare.

I mean I see the break is pretty good but if I was okay with using Tyro I wouldn't have quit to begin with.

Best armor is probably overselling it but 6* armor in general is rare since most USB/OSB tend to be weapons, so it's still a valuable stat stick.

I beat the torment Bahamut 3-man CM with Bartz, Ramza, Onion Knight, Ignus and Arc. Bartz did most of the work since his DPS, even without Vaan to break his defenses still overwhelmed Bahamut. That clears most of what I want to do before Orb Fest, haven't mastered the new soul breaks I got recently since I've been spending all my stamina in D300 dungeons farming major orbs or Magicite (and I need Greens bad too...)
