INT enchanted maze is balls. I almost think the math says that BGN is going to give better rewards on average (Assuming I'm right that the scheme on BGN 2/3 doors are right but you only get one miss vs 1/3 doors being right with two) but I don't know what the special area in INT actually gives you or how the later scale up.

Upon completing the maze on INT without a single mistake, a moogle appears on the final floor with the forked paths. Speaking to it prompts you to proceed to a special goal, which will send you to an exit room where the final fight may consist of Minituar (3), a Metal Gigantuar, and a 4* Star Rarity Burst Pot.

So basically if you want burst pots INT is better otherwise BGN is better

And really I honestly don't think the energy exchange for burst pots is likely worth it anyway. I'm still going to do it to get the special reward once but that's it.

I don't think the door conversion rate changes between BGN and INT, I think it's still 66% on both.

Even if it's not, INT still guarantees you 2 Gigantuars and one Snapper no matter what. I think that's better value than 1 Minituar and 1 Gigantuar being the bare minimum from BGN. You may be more likely to make it farther in BGN if the odds are better (again, I'm not sure this is the case), but the BGN rewards scale much slower, where as INT starts giving you Gigantuars right away.

Like, you have to make it to room 4 in BGN to get close to the equivalent of rewards from room 1 in INT.

I fail the first floor of the Maze twice 50% of the time. It's really frustrating. As I said, for 15 Energy, I generally get 2 Gigantuars and a King Gil Snapper. Only one time did I actually make it to the end for the bonus reward, but on occasion I'll make it to floor 3 or 4.

looking at my items, expeditions really have made sacred/holy crystals so much easier than they were before. like i got to upgrade a third Nine, two Setzers, Grace, 9S, and Soleil into 6* units and still have enough to consider a fourth Nine for their ridiculous cheese.

So a curious question. I'm currently in the middle of raising up Tidus' LB for that sweet, sweet 100% imperil. However since he's 6*, it's going to take quite some time. I've got a 9S sitting at 5* (and two more at 4* if the savings are worth it) to level a LB on before hitting 6*. If you were in my situation, would you continue with Tidus' (sitting at Lv. 13), or start on a 4*/5* 9S first? I know I'm going to be getting at least a halfway decent amount of pots just because I'm pouring all my NRG into the maze, but I want to know where my priority should be since I'm sitting on this week's King Pot expedition reward.

And just 20% to my second Dual Wield. Wonder who needs it most...

I'd burn the King Pot for Tidus- if you maxed out the LB of the 5* 9s, the King would most likely be a waste.

i'm kinda trapped in a corner with my A2 for that because i used too many Burst Pots and would lose some 3000 EXP. gonna get more burst pots for her first, then 6*. i'm sure people will still be using Nier characters for a bit afterwards anyway.

it's pretty good, yeah. 10.9x effective damage maxed out in a 10-hit chain.
because it only does damage, her lack of High Tide, and her native DW it's not a big priority but it's not hard to think of situations where you may need to deal tons of damage and your MP battery's busy doing something else or dead.

Chamber of Crystals's rotation for the weekend chamber. Meh

Mystery of the Daily Quest Rare Summon Ticket reward is solved, it's an event that will last 11 days to 1 September.

Story Event Memories from the Battlefield is here! Starring the other half of the Veritas Troupe, Heavens, Light, and Waters. Time for more Cryst grinding! Also the rewards include a gun and a Water Rod.

To coincide with the event, there will be a banner starring the 3 new Veritas... and 2 unrelated people. 5-6* Veritas of the Light (wow that TMR for Mages, especially the ones that can't make use of Letters and Arms), 4-6* Veritas of the Heavens (Spear and Dragoon lovers ahoy), 4-6* Veritas of the Waters (huh, I don't remember if she's any good.), 3-6* Charlotte (MP Battery + Esunaga tank ahoy), and 3-6* Hayate (... well... his TMR is still one of the best and easiest to get I guess? Not sure combat wise if he's any good).

Oh and Charlotte and Hayate get their 6* unlocked after the Maintenance, obviously. Good thing mine are maxed out already.

On par with current WoL, but can with 50% chance ignore a fatal attack at 70%(30% later) , plus AoE mana battery 70+mod split over 5 turns. (crazy may want to use a Rassler TMR or two to bulk her up.)

For now she works good for those without WoL/VoE.

Afterwards it's your pick what you need since we now have all notable tanks available besides Mistair and Basch.

AoE ~40 MP Heal w/ 0.2x Mod split over 3 Turns turns into AoE ~70MP Heal w/ 0.2x Mod split over 5 Turns.

So random question how do regeneration effects stack? Do they stack at all? I was just noticing my Tilith was getting an absurd amount of MP back every turn with Renewal, Auto-refresh, and TIdus's Blitzmania, and I was wondering if in combat effects stacked at all. Like Luka has a 20 turn regeneration at some point would that stack with the 9S TM? If you used Tidus + Ramza in the same team would you get MP Regen twice?
