So random question how do regeneration effects stack? Do they stack at all? I was just noticing my Tilith was getting an absurd amount of MP back every turn with Renewal, Auto-refresh, and TIdus's Blitzmania, and I was wondering if in combat effects stacked at all. Like Luka has a 20 turn regeneration at some point would that stack with the 9S TM? If you used Tidus + Ramza in the same team would you get MP Regen twice?

I believe you would, but I'm not positive. I've seen my Tilith get multiple numbers popping up when her MP refreshes every turn between various equipment and abilities.

Yeah Tilith getting a bunch of numbers popping up is what made me wonder. I also feel like X-Death's auto-regen has piled up with Luka's thing before but I'm not sure.

I guess this will be easy enough to test once I get 9S's TM. It would be pretty cool if each unique source stacked. Would make post enhancement Luka a bit more appealing to use, as right now I don't see a big reason to bother if I'm also going to be bringing 9S's TM.

Very lame. I really want Luka to be worth using just because the idea of a 20000 hp regen w/53x mod over 20 turns is hilarious to me. Oh well. Maybe with the 10 character battles there might be some use to it.

Holy **** I actually did it! Special Goal reached! Take THAT 1/81 chance! And all it took was endlessly and mindlessly picking the Center path every time. Also, lots of swearing.

Also also, not sure if it's related or not, but when I reached the 4th room without a single mistake I fought a Burst Pot instead of 2 Mini Burst Pots. Not sure if it's there's a chance of it spawning instead of the double mini or you need to get there without making a mistake to trigger its appearance. For the record the 5th room had 3 Metal Gigantuars.

Yeah you get better rewards in every room you reach with no misses. Like even the second room you get 2 gem turtles instead of 1.

I've actually had pretty good luck going with my immediate gut feeling and not second-guessing myself. Usually if I do second-guess myself, I try my initial feeling and it turns out to be right. Yay confirmation bias!

I'd gotten to the end mistake-free the first time I saw the maze, but I haven't yet been able to this time around. I did get the correct guess at the end once so far, and that led to cacutars that gave me two Star Quarts and a Screamroot. But really, as long as I consistently hit at least the mini-burst pots, those combined with the Sacred Crystals are enough to keep me running it.

Also, I apparently sold off all my Allure Powder and Mystic Ore. That was insanely stupid of me considering I'm out of town and away from power most of next week and won't be able to TMR farm.

Do you have a portable battery? You can get one that can recharge an iphone around 6 times for $20 (assuming they're still available). My wife and I got one last year on Amazon that's absolutely amazing.

The main issue is just how much battery my phone eats while playing, especially TMR farming. I'll still play to check in daily so I can do pulls, maybe try and do quests so I can still get the daily tickets, but I know my playtime is going to be very limited. Hopefully nothing really important starts next week.

All 4* units for the player (friend Ace). WHY DIDN'T I PULL HARDER FOR LING. She seems to do a lot of entrust, so I could pop Tidus in there and just make sure everyones status immune. Still though, that is absolutely fantastic.

If I'm very, very lucky, I'll get the last 10% I need for a second 9S TMR. The third, unfortunately, is likely to languish unfarmed in my box for many a long months to come. I still haven't finished a second Mechanical Heart, nor a single Resentment. Meanwhile, I'm sitting on ~27 of the 5* TMRs each.

Oh well, at least the Magicite is good.

Anyone making any duplicates of the Nier equipment? I made two Iron Blades, but only because I figure the defense boost is better than nothing. Emil's head doesn't seem to be anything all that special, the armor even less so, and the rest of the equipment just looks terrible.

I'll be looking for an Ace with a Ribbon/Diablos once I'm ready to try Marlboro with the strategy above, but that's still a few days off. Want to finish another Ignorance. I could plug in mine as well and really just use anything with a Pod and fire elemental weapon though. This is going to be fun!

I have Ace and a Ribbon, but not together; I suppose I could set it up though. My Ribbon is currently on my Ashe who is on my Arena Team lol, and my Ace could poach all my best Magic gear from Fryevia.


Setzer still eludes me and I never got a Ling either, so I won't be able to use that video strat myself.

Im down to 220,000 gil... ugh. And I've been running Raid and Enchanted Maze non-stop.

Expeditions eat more than I make, and I just awoke most of Soleil's abilities, so now I'm hurting bad for gil. I might have to seriously just run the Vortex of Desire of Gil repeatedly at this point just because of how bad it is.

Attempted the Marlboro challenge from the video above with an Edgar instead of a second Chizuru, and Tidus for Entrust because I don't have Ling since that's how I did Dark Espers. Everybody got limit crystals on the first turn EXCEPT for Tidus and Rikku, who got zero. Not even a single crystal between the two of them. Was so shocked that I didn't even think of doing the reset thing one of the guys on the FFBE board kept doing until he got favorable RNG. Back to TMRs until people on my friends list coming back, shouldn't have had my macro running all morning.

Gave it another shot. Can build up the chains fine, and can get Rikku's limit off every turn, but now Setzer can't do anything in the 4th or 5th damage tier. 12 rounds of double dice being terrible before I decided to say f it.

Yeah I think doing the snapper cave every time or at least every other time for the duration of its appearance is a must at this point. I got about 4 million GP last time it appeared running it nonstop. Which will probably cover me for a month or so.

the more i look at A2 the clearer it becomes she really just doesn't work well with elements except for maybe those on a greatsword, though you'll miss out on the extra attack Beastlord has (and to a lesser concern, the +20% DEF).

i've gotta get her a Champion Belt too.

Y'know, I enjoy Tidus and all, but I'm thinking he may not wind up being my go-to unit after all. Or at least not for raid content. The inability to 2-turn the raid at all sucked, and the inability to 3-turn it reliably sucked even more.

i've beaten engel in 1 turn fairly often ever since i got A2.
A2 + A2 is generally enough, A2 + Fryevia + A2 or 2B guarantees it.

but machine killer with a super high multiplier is the main reason why. tidus won't do the job there.

No machine killer, no way to consistently chain Tidus (iPhone), and he's the only unit I have that's built up. So yeah, no 2-turning the raid for my Tidus.
