Same with Alex and Ice Block for freeze mage. Against the decks it's bad against, it loses pretty easily. I'm willing to bet QR has some of the highest win and loss percentages against certain decks in the game. I'm glad it's getting nerfed because it really isn't fun to play against. Though the timing makes me think that it's getting nerfed because cards in the new expansion they're about to make would make the deck even more frustrating and they're just nerfing it for design space reasons. --- I used the knife. There are a lot of potentially fun, interesting decks, that I just have no interest in because without a god-tier draw against QR where you manage to pressure them to death early...essentially turning the deck into a bad aggro deck...you have a literally zero percent chance of winning. Depending on which deck you're playing, that might result in anywhere from a 5-20% chance of pulling off that feat. Or you can just play aggro. Of course, then everyone starts playing aggro, until people start trying to figure out which aggro decks dominate the other aggro decks. Now, the level to which this is actually happening is perhaps a little overstated. We still have decks like quest warrior, discover mage, etc. But you're going to see a tremendous meta shift after this nerf hits. And they're only changing one card. Made a Rag deck that was supposed to just heal and play minions, and then realized I should be focused on not killing my opponent. Unfortunately I had a very hard time convinced my opponents of this until I finally made a deck that had Eadric and Tarim in it, turtled up behind Grim Patrons, and eventually started healing the other guy. He got the hint, and we worked together until fatigue to get to 102 rag kills. Good enough for me. I didn't bother trying to get my opponents to play along, that can sometimes be a challenge in co-op brawls let alone this one where you still get a pack for winning.
