My Olive and Lighting pulls must have reset my luck to 0, which is worrying the hell out of me.

Last time I had three in a short span, I didn't get anything for like 4 months.

Well, my last 5* was Orlandeau who I got on a single 11-pull (and I wasn't actually trying to get him).

Before that was Randi. So I haven't gotten much recently, though to be fair I haven't really pulled on many banners over the past few months because they've been junk.

Well I mean my Asagi can carry the team solo (well, after a Defense Break on Mikazuchi and Shinryu Celestia), I'm just wondering if King can do the same thing.

I will say that this game being such garbage for excitement with the non-stop gauntlet of tedious grind events and boring ass banners pretty much all this year is probably a good thing for my wallet as I'm pretty sure if I don't get Tidus I won't have any desire to spend money for him.

I've run into the event monster with just my King and a trash Rem, you still get two turns before it attack. I've only run into it once since I started using King to solo it, but I just popped a MP restore on him, and had my Sice army attack while he used Bushido Freedom. The chain boosts did enough to kill it in two turns while Rem used that boomerang move.

Didn't JP recently get rate increase where the rainbow rate became 3%, with a 33% chance that rainbows would be a banner unit? Given the number of global exclusives we're racking up, I'm hoping we can get that early. That'd drop the chance of getting a banner rainbow to around 1/100 if my math is close enough.

She takes more effort than she is worth if you are serious.

For starters you need Vanille or Rem to get her going since her big attack requires her to use Unlimited(50% chance to get what you want), then Last Sequence to make her go nuclear for the 1200% aoe finish. (Otherwise it is 999%)

Combining Grace with someone like Rikku would be a pretty good combo, wouldn't it?

That's my thought too. I'm going to be going all in on Rikku and the return of Tilith (if that happens), so I'll probably get these units many times over. Ayaka too if I have enough tickets saved up (should be at 62 once the raid ends unless I get passed by the new bot army).

Only if you can guarantee Rikku can pull it off every second turn. But that also means Grace might die to the boss at hand.

bahamut got botted up to 35 again and my rank, which had gotten to roughly 70k, is now back down to 121k.

i dont' think anyone knows what gumi is gonna do to this but goddamn.

From what I heard on the FFBE board, they were deleting the bots and a bunch of people regained their rank, and then this started again. I'm guessing they might go through after the raid is over and remove the remaining bots to restore rank. Won't let people use last minute rank ups to get to a certain level, but it will keep the outrage over people losing multiple tickets and moogle chunks down.

I hope they start requiring a captcha to make new accounts. That would stop these new waves of bots.

alright, thanks.

meanwhile i'm loving Rem. she's equipped mostly for magic and yet will probably finish around 780~ magic and 420~ spirit. i could give her another 15 MAG if i wanted to, it'd just come at the expense of some SPR. might do it in the end since that does make me get closer and closer to breaking that 800 barrier.

...but that SPR right now? that's more than either Luka or Y'shtola. she can easily be tweaked for more of it. dagger boomerang with DW basically goes...

turn 1 - 1.2x -> 2.2x (3.4x total)
turn 2 - 3.2x -> 4.2x (7.4 total)
turn 3 - 5.2x -> 6.2x (11.4x total)

6.2x is the max.
and it'll hit twice, every turn, from that point on.
this effect becomes REALLY easy to notice. i quite like this girl. she ain't a red mage, she's too good at both to be called that.

That's what they did yesterday. They were removing bot accounts earlier in the day and people were just flying back up to where they were in rank. Hopefully they've become more efficient at that now.

Yeah my rank was mostly unaffected last night. Looks like in general the bots were capping off around 4.8m points, so if you're above 5m you're probably fine.

Part of me wishes the raid ended tonight so this bot stuff would be over, but then I remember the extra day means I can have more than 60 King Metal Minitaurs sitting in stock for things like WoL 6* and possible rainbows that don't suck (I'm looking at you Dark Knight Cecil).
