Before I said I thought it wouldn't be allowed but looking at the total stats spreadsheet led me to discover that actually the PLANITb remix of Simple and Clean was in VGMC1 (Simple and Clean and Hikari are the English and Japanese versions of the song, respectively, in case you didn't know). Now, because it was VGMC1 I can get if the ruling changed later... but...
