Now we approach the types I actually like as opposed to the types I dislike or those that I'm indifferent to, So I'm kicking off the start of the second half(ish) of my list with the least favorite of my favorite types: Electric. Electric is great for its often ridiculous speed and high Paralysis: move/ability ratio. Use the right pokémon and the right move and you're bound to hit first and keep your opponent from hitting you to boot (disclaimer: doesn't always happen that easily but whatevs). Also there are a lot of cute Electric types and very few uggos...

5. Emolga
The only Pika clone I genuinely love. The rest can all eat it. Dunno if any of you guys have been watching Black/White aka Best Wishes anime but Emolga is top tier entertaining in it, which is why she's here.
4. Raichu
Best of its line imo. Raichu is an adorable little powerhouse. It's fun to see him take down things twenty times his size like Gyarados. ^_^
3. Flaaffy
Yes, I like pink fluffy Flaaffy more than Mareep or Ampharos, come at me. Sooo cute.
2. Luxray
I absolutely love Luxray's design. It's by far the most fetching of its line, and that actually means something considering Shinx is adorable and Luxio is super cool. If I were judging by design alone, Lux would be a clear cut #1 but the thing holding him and his beastly stats back is his lack of an effective learnset. It seriously kind of blows.
1. Electivire
He needs no introduction but I'll give him one anyway: he's boss. Those stats, that design, that anime battle- if you watched at all you know exactly which one I'm talking about. Electivire is a star. And it is also one of very few previous Gen evolutions Gen4 did not make repulsive.
Honorable Mention: Zebstrika It steals the spot from Manectric despite me not liking it at all at its debut. This fanart made my mind do a complete turnaround: It's that beautiful to me.

Even after growing on me significantly it's still in my bottom five. What can I say? There just aren't five Electric types I like less than it. Sorry Stunfisk fans!

I've grown to love Eelektross (and I've always loved squishy-looking Tynamo), but I've yet to warm up to this guy...
38. Pachirisu
Goddamn Pika clones, all but one incredibly inferior to the original.
39. Minun
The worst offender. The absolute worst.
Dishonorable Mention: Plusle
Thought you'd escape my wrath, did ye? Ye thought wrong Plusle! I almost put Rotom here again, but nope. Plusle offends me more. The only reason it's five spots above its brother is because I like its color scheme. Doesn't make it any less of a useless gimmick pokémon introduced solely to highlight the addition of double battles.

-100%, it's one of the lists I disagree with the most actually.
Electivire might not be as awful as other gen 4 evolutions but I still dislike it quite a bit, especially compared to Buzz.
Not a fan of Emolga, Luxray is cool but not top 5 worthy IMO, Flaaffy is decent but I like Amphy a lot more. Raichu is the only one I really like, and I still like Pikachu slightly more.
Now, the honorable mention, that one is top tier.

I'd like it better if Luxray was number 1. Electivire looks goofy. I'd bump him off and put one of the zebras or Jolteon in my list. Other than that, I <3 Luxray so the list gets about +80.08% approval from me.

Day 10: Psychic Type
What can I say about Psychic type? Since Gen 1 it has been the type for Special sweeping. Like undisputed. To this day it's still pretty much the most useful in that regard, and considering they can learn moves of other elements (Fire for example) they can combat their own weaknesses, recover their own health, blah, blah, etc. Point is: they're awesome. So why upper-mid-tier in my faves instead of high tier? There are a whole lot I'm indifferent to, and a handful I dislike. But obviously not these next five guys. If you dislike middle evos, prepare to rage.

5. Lugia
I thought it was a bird... until someone told me it was a dragon. Now I don't know why I ever thought it was a bird... I remember one anime episode I saw featured a mama Lugia and a baby Lugia and this tripped me out as I thought there was only one Lugia and the anime went out of its way to shove multiple Legendaries right in my face.
4. Mew
I HAVE THE POWA! That hundred in every base stat and the ability to learn almost any move just makes this cute lil' bastard so OP. So OP. It's clone is pretty badass too (in case you're wondering Mewtwo is in my top ten). I've got positive memories of exploiting the Mew glitch in Blue which I think I played right after Crystal yessir!
3. Gothorita
Tbqh, Gothorita is the only decent-looking member of her line. Gothitelle has hamburger lips and crazy hair and don't even get me started on that crack baby that is Gothita. But look at this sexy b***. She doesn't fall into the ugly trap like her little and big sisters. She's awesome and she knows it. And more importantly I know it. Which is why she's #3. She'd be even higher than that if she was Dark/Psychic like she looks like she should be, so if you hate the Goths you best be grateful for that.
2. Kirlia
Why Kirlia and not Gardevoir? I don't even know. She's just so cute. I actually like Gardevoir quite a lot as well, but I wasn't putting both of them on this list and I like Kirlia more, so oh well.
1. Kadabra
<3 Kadabra so freakin' much. I've used a Kadabra in every playthrough Gen1-Gen3 and usually take him or her all the way to the end.
Honorable Mention: Hypno There were a few options to choose from for my HM including but not limited to Grumpig and Slowking, but in the end I went with Hypno. Bias again. Drowzee was the second shiny I ever caught, and the eventual shiny Hypno served me well.

I used to think Unown was this ancient... mysterious... powerful entity or whatever, but that was when I was a kid. Now I just see them as they are: useless. I think I might've been disillusioned by that Entei movie.
