The rules are of course, to come up with a humorous reason as to why the loser of the most recent contest match lost, or to second someone else's reason. Reasons have to be original, so reasons that have won in previous contests aren't eligible.

Ryu vs. Ken

Winner (7 votes): Every time someone voted for the fighters, their rival appeared and shouted, "In that case, I'll choose the trainers!" - Kenri

Runner Up (4 votes): Instead of taking on the Fighters themselves, Red and Blue sent out Charizard and Blastoise. Ryu and Ken took out Blastoise with ease... but unfortunately for them, Charizard resists the Fighting-type - TheCodeIsBosco

There were a lot of great entries, but personally I thought Bosco's was brilliant. Which is why I'm requesting that the runner up is added as an Honorable Mention. DO EET!

There were multiple quality entries yesterday. I guess you just can't make that many Samus vs. Boss jokes as you can Pokémon vs. Street Fighter without some overlapping.

It's no matter though. Even if no one has an absolutely brilliant entry today, there's always tomorrow!
