I don't know what it's going to take for the NBA to come down on the referees about these technicals. I've watched the play several times now, and I can't figure out how Luka gets a T for walking away from a dude who gets in his face with his finger. He really got the tech for laughing about it? I mean... these refs are the worst that I can remember.

Yeah, to score that much without being a 3 point shooter likely means a lot of trips to the free throw line.

In 1979, the 3 point shot was instituted in the NBA. Giannis just broke the record for the most points scored in a game since then without making a single 3 pointer. Of course, Wilt still holds the all time record in that category.

And Damian Lillard also moved up to 5th on the all-time 3-point shots made list.....a lot happened in this game.

i believe wilt had 32 FTA in his 100 point game

i looked at the box score when giannis had 54 and it was mid fourth and they were up 14 or so. did not expect him to stay in, but it makes sense given indy's offense. definitely didn't expect him to sail by 60 though.

Yep, and he made 28 of them, which is the real incredible feat considering he was a career 50% FT shooter

Makes you wonder how much more ridiculous his scoring numbers would have been if he had been a good FT shooter

Team is gonna need some time, but it seemingly unlocks Bookers full potential. The loss sucks, but KD had an off game, Beal is still on restriction minutes, and with Allen being out it wasn't the full starting lineup which we haven't seen yet. Gordon also being out meant that Goodwin was in longer than he should have. Love Goodwin but he was kind of ass last night.

Excited to see how the rotation is going to look moving forward once Gordon/Allen/Okogie are back in. Little looks also solid. Everyone else on the bench has been hot or cold, but I really just want this team at full strength getting reps in as a full team.

I really hope Ant gets well soon, he's been off since that injury. It doesn't seem like a major injury but it's definitely having some lingering effects on him. He was MVP level before, and he's just really struggled badly since. I am impressed with him leading the team in assists (and despite his awful %, was +/- leader). I'm glad I wasn't watching when we were down 17-2; no way I'd have kept watching and saw us win!
