Boiled and poached are great, especially the ease of the former. Deviled is tasty, but that's a lot of work. Pour eggs in with the butter, sprinkle white pepper and salt then with a spatula move the eggs constantly. Once about 80% of them are no longer solid, take off heat and continue to mix the eggs until rest is cooked and still moist. If you do this, you should end up with small curds that are very soft, buttery, and a little wet.
