Anna is the protagonist of Disney's 2013 animated feature film Frozen and the deuteragonist of its 2019 sequel. She is the second-born daughter of King Agnarr and Queen Iduna, the younger sister of Elsa the Snow Queen. Previously there was something like characters whose work came out after 1 year and that you can nominate 5 characters to be voted on? Not sure if it's still that way or whoever we nominate will be up for next topic.

It's generally a good idea to wait a year to nominate something to give it time to reach an audience.

I never had specific criteria for nominations when I ran it though other than just being fictional.

For general nominations you can nominate any fictional character that hasnt already been done. If theyre a new character, I wont give them a chance until the characters publication has been released for around 6 months.

Earlier I was doing user-select polls where people can make their own personalized polls of 5-10 characters, but not at the moment. Ill bring them back again eventually.

Also generally a good idea to wait until a character's work is basically complete. Obviously you can never account for whatever sequels come out, but it's generally a bad idea to nominate a character whose show is on the first season out of what is sure to be a lot, otherwise you get stuff like Theon Greyjoy with an abysmal percentage, or Walter White with only a few votes.

Yeah, very true. If Walter White had been done after the series ended, he would have more than 10 votes, but most likely wouldn't be at 100%.
