Like the game awards are a joke anyway so who honestly gives a shit, but I'm baffled it won so much. Most of them were obvious locks, and it deserved them. The only two that actually mattered (other than Action Adventure but that was a relatively weak field) were Direction and Game. Narrative was iffy but not really a strong contender to oppose it. Its a great game that achieves a lot for sure. But its just more of the same - more crunch, more AAA action adventures winning it. Hades was such a great alternative, and I doubt there will be one that strong for a while. Well, see you next year when BOTW2 takes it all. --- I just decided to change this sig.
