Depends on if I'm just relaxing (70ish is fine), going somewhere (low 60s is better), or working hard (55 is ideal, over 75 hurts my performance, never hit a bottom limit).

Depends on the humidity and breeze, but assuming the low humanity that is here and a slight breeze, like 77-82.

A few years ago, I was walking at night when it was -17F and it occurred to me that not only was this absurdly uncomfortable, but it might be getting a little dangerous. Simultaneously, I knew I could survive -- for a while anyway -- even if that temperature dropped even further. However, being able to make do with that temperature doesn't make it an ideal temperature. And, as scientists and medical experts have widely agreed, 70F is the ideal temperature.
