Like stone, wood, or something. For over, there's something. A friend of mine had this sort of electric type fence. You could touch it with one hand and wouldn't feel anything. But as soon as you competed the circuit, you'd feel it. It's didn't hurt, but it felt weird. So, if you and a friend were both touching it with one hand, and then touched each other, you'd both feel it. It could stop the cat from touching it. I think they look great, but if that part about them leaking more often is true, i would go with an old fashion in the countertop kind. Never seen that outside of a subdivision/master planned community. wolfy42 01/24/20 7:26:21 AM #39:	If It wasn't Arizona (I don't like hot temps) I'd be like, Jen, you guys wanna rent a room out? hehe I'm looking to get a mobile home (I know they are not called that) somewhere cool myself in the spring/summer. I need to find somewhere close to stores/food places etc, so I don't have to drive (or take uber). Plan on trying to find somewhere that the mobile homes are still 20-30k (there are some near here, but usually they are in bad shape) and then hopefully over the years it will increase in value. Last I heard property values in AZ were going up pretty rapidly though, so hopefully your home will lo up significantly, only negative there is property taxes go up alot as well. They were about $500 a month on my house before I sold it (HoA was another 400$) so not even counting mortgage that was $900 thrown away each month. Mobile homes though are way cheaper so no HoA and no high property taxes (more like $500 a year!). Anyway, I really am super happy for you both. I need to find somewhere close to stores/food places etc, so I don't have to drive (or take uber). Plan on trying to find somewhere that the mobile homes are still 20-30k (there are some near here, but usually they are in bad shape) and then hopefully over the years it will increase in value. Last I heard property values in AZ were going up pretty rapidly though, so hopefully your home will lo up significantly, only negative there is property taxes go up alot as well. They were about $500 a month on my house before I sold it (HoA was another 400$) so not even counting mortgage that was $900 thrown away each month. Mobile homes though are way cheaper so no HoA and no high property taxes (more like $500 a year!). Anyway, I really am super happy for you both. Nothing like building a home together:) </quote> ...
