Anyways, when my older brother was looking to buy a place recently, they had a similar type of sink at one of the places they looked at, my dad told him would be a good idea to replace it if they got it as those kind of prone to leak. He has worked within the plumbing industry all his life, so i gues he does know this kind of stuff. I think they look great, but if that part about them leaking more often is true, i would go with an old fashion in the countertop kind.
They didnt get this place (the owners were asking to much and didnt want to budge on the price at all)

Yea, I had friends who had those kind of sinks, and they thought it looked cool, but they ended up replacing them after a year because they were such a hassle.

Still, nice house. I am assuming it is newer or recently renovated?
