1992, this is the year I moved to Switzerland, where I still live now. I was 2 years old.
1997, I was in the first grade this year. I'd like to say this is the year I started getting into video games. 1996 is when I first started playing, 1997 is when it became an active hobby.
2002, I was 12 this year. I wasn't doing all too well in school, I got in trouble a lot but I had an amazing social life. I spent almost all my free time hanging out with friends, occasionally playing video games and engaging in other activities.
2007, I had taken up martial arts in 2006 where I discovered a new passion of mine, in 2007 (at 17) I knew I wanted to make it my profession. I did this although everyone around me advised against it.
2012, I had reached my goal of becoming self employed and living from teaching martial arts. March of this year I also got together with my girlfriend who is now my wife (since 2015). This is also the year I moved into my own apartment (at 22)
2017, this year was a big one as my wife and I bought our first apartment just outside of Zurich, Switzerland. This actually just happened last month.

I finally played it for the first time earlier this year, so I have no nostalgia for it. I did enjoy the game for the most part, but I can't see why anyone would have it among their favorite games of all time. It's not even a top 10 game on the SNES IMO.

Maybe I've just been spoiled by newer games, but there were times I just had no idea where to go or what to do. Aimlessly backtracking is not fun to me, especially as an adult where I have limited time to game.

Holy shit I could not agree more. I played it for the first time ever last year and I did not enjoy it very much.

It more or less was dead, did you like the crap they last pushed out in the main crash series. N-Sane is selling on nostalgia alone, I can't see many kids these days looking at Crash gameplay and thinking "Wow, crazy!".

This. A remake playing with 30 y/o's nostalgia doesn't count. This could potentially kickstart the franchise to a new direction though, if they play it correctly. If they brought out another Crash game in the style of the trilogy, that would be pretty amazing. Knowing today's gaming industry it'll probably be shit though .

I'm not going to get too into this because it probably won't change your mind. The whole Muslims condemning women is not a problem with Islam per se, but with people in a country with cultural problems. Yes, the way Saudis treat their women is absolutely disgusting and they should be punished for it, but other Islamic countries have proven that it's possible to be a Muslim without believing women are second class citizens. Look at Singapore, Indonesia, parts of Malaysia. Even Turkey has a lot of women who are in powerful political positions!

On the other hand, countries like Ethiopia, a Christian country, is amongst one of the worst countries when it comes to mistreating women. It's one of the leading countries when it comes to female genital mutilation.

So please, if you can, understand that it's not a problem with Islam, it's a cultural/political problem happening within a country that's populated mostly (well over 90%) of severely uneducated people.

Before you say the Quran states you should do this or you shouldn't do that, the Bible has plenty of passages that also state things should be done which are unacceptable to society these days. A lot of parts of the Quran and the Bible are outdate by today's standards. Educated people of all faiths will understand this and not take either one of these books word for word. I also believe educated people do not consider people of ISIS to be Muslim, but use Islam as an excuse to market their cause. All Muslims I've met condemn and hate what ISIS does and doesn't consider them to be Muslim.

Anyway, I've said too much already, I hope it gives some of you a tiny bit of insight.

This is a valuable tip: selling food is the most lucrative option, it doesn't depend what the dish is, it depends what you put into it. So when you cook up dishes, take 5 pieces of meat to make a skewer that'll fill like 7-8 hears, sell that skewer and you'll make more than if you make a dish with 2-3 ingredients that'll give you a full recovery.

Use that piece of information, it'll make your life easier.

I couldn't agree more. When I was in London I was absolutely appalled at the quality of the buildings and how unsafe they seemed. I wasn't staying in a rich neighbourhood like Kensington or anything, but the building I stayed in that my girlfriend at the time was living in was literally falling apart. I remember every time we took a shower she had to go to the lower floor and put a bucket near the entrance area because water would leak from the top floor through the ceiling and into the bottom floor.

I've lived in Switzerland all my life so I'm aware my standards might be high but still, London was one of the worst places I've been to in this regard.

The way FIFA is employing Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese etc. is pretty damn close to slavery. The average conditions are probably equivalent if not worse than the conditions certain slaves had back when slavery was legal (some slave owners would sometimes give the slaves pretty adequate and respectful conditions). FIFA is known to confiscate passports from the people they employ, make promises they don't keep, and often make the workers work 18+ hours a day in the burning heat.

FIFA represents a giant company that exploits laws in certain countries (in this case Qatar) to make a gigantic profit due to low salaries and high returns with some tickets being sold for well over 3000$.

The reason I'm bringing this up is to say that obviously it's very profitable to have slaves or something close to it, and while almost every individual would say no to slavery, big companies will scream a big fucking yes to the idea slavery.
