Well they retail for over 15k in the US with 110 horse power. The 900cc version of the Yamaha XSR (XSR900) is $9500 with 115 horse power.

Obviously with the BMW you're not only paying for the power, it definitely feels higher end than the Yamaha. Plus, if that's the aesthetic you're going. for, then go for it.

You could also look into the Kawasaki W800 and put another grand or two into customization, would look great tbh.

It's really nice, not only sick looking but an incredibly well manufactured bike with a really good motor. It's definitely on the expensive side though. Have you seen the XSR700? That would be my choice, and then spending some extra cash on customizing.

Well it's Saturday morning now, but yesterday evening/night I was playing with my daughters and then put them to bed. Played some online Halo 5 with a friend after into the early morning.

Every game after Thousand Year Door was disappointing frankly. And it's not that they weren't as good as TTYD, it's that they just kinda sucked... I hope this new one will be captivating what Paper Mario 64 and TTYD was.

Played it for the first time like 2 or 3 years ago on 3ds. My favorite game ever.

Honestly pretty amazing that a game that's over 20 years old can still become someone's favorite game these days. I replay it ever 1-2 years and it's so fucking good it's embarrassing.

It might not yield the same returns as other investments, but it's generally pretty safe. (I realize I'm making a broad statement and there can be complications with real estate depending on taxes and laws)

Been playing since DOA2 on the Dreamcast, but haven't played it for years.

My dad stayed there in the late 90s. He was supposed to stay there for 4 days but ended up leaving after 2 days. It was cool in the beginning but just ends up being annoying apparently. The snowmobiling was apparently a lot of fun.

Where I live there's 15 registers, and 3 of them have cashiers on them. Everything is so much faster, I don't miss cashiers one bit. There's only 1 person responsible for all 12 registers and it works perfectly, usually that person's just there to get customers to take the machines if they're just standing around.

My second daughter will be born in exactly 7 days, and my first daughter is 19 months.

Fuck no. Life is way too good.

I agree with you. But on the surface it feels like those games, just less refined and more basic. The dodging timing is actually almost identical to Bayonetta.

I know 3 moms called Karen and they're all in the top 3 moms that I would classify as Karen. Makes me think when they were named at the hospital as babies they immediately called the head doctor to complain about the midwife and asked for a refund.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, the story is a bit confusing but once you understand what's going on it's really interesting. Yoko Taro is a bit of a freak, but has really cool ideas when making video games. In the past his ideas weren't always executed too well, but this is definitely his best.

Music is 10/10 IMO. Epic boss fights, cool ambiance, interesting characters. One complaint I have is that the overworld area, while nice aesthetically, can be a bit annoying with invisible walls and areas that look like you can pass but can't.

The gameplay is really fun and easy to get into. There are a lot of different gameplay genres thrown into this game which is quite cool. The combat is comparable to Bayonetta or Devil May Cry.

I've got 2 daughters who are both younger than 2 years so luckily I don't have to think about that for a long time. However if in the future either came home with a girl who they were more than friends with, I'd be cool with it as long as they're happy.

I did an all inclusive deal I share the unlimited high speed internet also with her. I control the heat and ac and it's a 1 bedroom basement that's not that big. Electricity didn't change. There's literally only 5 podlights in the basement which are highly energy efficient.

Clearly not all inclusive if you start charging her more for the reasons you mentioned in the opening post. And why are you counting how often her boyfriend comes over? If she pays rent it shouldn't concern you.

As a real estate owner/letter myself I think your reasons for increasing the rent are not justified. Should have charged that much from the beginning, or at least find a better reason for increasing the rent. Not sure how the laws in the US work but anything like increasing internet speed, replacing/fixing the floor, doors, windows, or upgrading the kitchen are reasons to increase rent (there are many more of course). If you have an all inclusive deal and she takes showers more than you would ideally want, you'll have to suck it up.

Just my two cents.

Great movie that actually aged very well. The mood, the music, the visuals are astonishingly good. You're in for a treat.

I liked them and used to play them a lot more. Nowadays I don't play them because I have no one to play them with. Online fighting games always frustrated me because of how the lag interfered more than with any other video game genre.

I'm always disappointed when I eat it, I've given it many chances. I feel like I should like it but I just don't. I don't find it disgusting or anything, just kind of meh tbh.

Loved Bomberman 64. My friends and I still play the multiplayer pyramid level and we're super competitive about it. The adventure mode is actually pretty good as well with some decently challenging levels. Story is half decent as well with a major plot twist. Easily one of the best N64 games imo.

The machines they use for voting today are complete bullshit so if anything it'll probably decrease the chance for voter fraud if the system is implemented correctly.

I have a kid (another one on the way) and they will not be going to church.
