Uh, I've lived in Europe pretty much my entire life, and I've traveled all over Europe. I've never been in or even heard of any place where they put the toilet paper in the trash. When I was 12 I was at a train station where a homeless guy who stood just 10 meters from where I was, jumped in front of a train. I remember seeing body parts I couldn't identify. Today, 15 years later I still have the exact image of it in my head.

I immediately think of Phantasy Star Online's hilariously bad drop rates on things, especially in the Dreamcast era. Ubers were truly uber. Sure, people hacked them in, but even today in the private server scene with no hacks... very few people have the Ubers, and they still drive their hunters insane.

Came in to say this, I have to say I'm quite pleased to see this was the first post after the opening post. Remember the Yellowboze Heaven Punisher drop from Crimson Assassin in cave? 1/299k and there's only like 11-12 of them in that level, which takes like an hour to complete.

Having studies languages extensively myself, the answer is "it depends". English is extremely hard for people to learn if they come from a different language entirely (like Arabic, Russian or Chinese). If you speak a germanic language, German for instance learning English is actually really easy. The grammar is quite simple compared to German, however the hard part with English is the vocabulary. Most people don't understand how ridiculously vast an English dictionary is, by far the biggest vocabulary of any language. Going to English coming from Latin languages is also not too difficult. Germanic and Latin languages just happen to have a lot in common with English, grammatically and vocabulary wise.

The End from Metal Gear Solid 3 was probably the most interesting boss I've ever confronted in a game before. When the boss fight started I was pretty confused but found it amazing shortly after.

The stories vary, but in Eiji Yoshikawa's book it's an epic but short fight. Musashi beat him with a wooden katana there. And yeah, insane build up to that fight.

As much as I love the DS games, I think they should leave the series and like they say, move to other things. I do agree with the people here though saying money usually wins and they'll eventually go back to making DS4 or something.
