He is in the ICU at Westside Regional Medical Centre where he was put on a ventilator for 2 weeks as his ENTIRE family all tested positive for COVID-19 last month when his 21 y/o son went out partying with friends and unknowingly brought it back to their home Place was the only one required hospitalization after 4 days of fever and nonstop coughing who has been in the hospital for 3 weeks His wife, Michelle Zymet repeatedly plead with her stepson who is not being named to wear a mask and not go out with friends She said "He always assured me. Don't worry mom, i'm doing everything right. relax, chill. You know how these kids are, so i trusted him" She begged him to think about his dad who is at higher risk because he is overweight and diabetic but despite her plea, he did it anyways and gathered with friends to party and drink Days later he felt cold symptoms and a friend at the get together told him she tested positive but it was too late as the family was already infected She said "You let your guard down just one time, it's all it takes. Authorities dropped charges against 31 y/o Dustin Lee Dennis, just 3 days after charging him with second degree murder and child neglect He was originally charged for the murder of his 2 kids, 3 y/o Ryan and 4 y/o Teagan who were found dead in his hot truck but surveillance footage showed that the kids walked out of the house and climbed in themselves and were tragically trapped there in 90 degree weather and died. Dustin went straight to BED after coming back from a convenience store with the kids and slept for 5 HOURS that day before discovering their bodies and brought them inside to give CPR before calling police. Local police were forced to drop the charges when information came on the children's tribal heritage where the Supreme Court ruling said crimes involving tribal citizens and on tribal land fall under federal, not state law enforcement The mother the kids is a member of the Cherokee Nation according to Tulsa DA. Steve Kunzweiler. He said "We determined that the oldest child had a tribal membership card. The youngest child was in the process of acquiring a tribal membership card" Records don't show Dennis being a tribal citizen but because his kids do then the federal government has to take over and the site of the murder is within boundaries of the Muscogee Creek Nation Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that much of eastern Oklahoma is legally Indian territory and it takes away state powers to prosecute crimes committed on its reservation as it comes amid dispute between Oklahoma and the Muscogee Nation where they challenged the state's ability to prosecute Seminole citizen Jimcy McGirt for rape of a 4 y/o girl and serving a 500 year prison sentence.. Although it looks big from the photo, it is because of the angle it was taken with a camera trick that makes it look big It is a giant golden-crown flying fox, a large fruit eating bat native in Asia Although they have wings that can span 5'5, it is slightly above the height of the average woman and can only grow a foot in height This hasn't stopped people from freaking out however as bats are now known to be disease carriers such as the one that caused the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, the horseshoe bat, are those ones are much smaller...
