He confronted Ruweyda Salim after she started filming form the sidewalk when cops surrounded a man outside the store and then told the woman recording that the man had 2 crack pipes and just attacked his mother but Salim argued there was no need for heavy police presence. When she continued to record despite his warning that "we have cameras too" he made the vulgar comment leading to his suspension The suspect had his hands up outside the store and was surroudned by 6 officers, one of him who was searching his pockets The man was arguing with police but did not get physical as Delong then spotted Salim recording him from the sidewalk and introduced himself with the warning "We have cameras too" which he seems to insists she didn't have to record cause they have cameras already But Salim did not stop recording and asked him to get away which he refused and started blocking her view. He was clearly irritated by her and said the suspect had 2 crack pipes and attacked his mother but she said she counted 10 cops in the parking lot and said there's no need for so many policeman to handle someone on drugs DeLong insisted the man was "violent" and claimed he was holding a weight in his hand but Salim said she was not going to go near him and was in no danger. DeLong then walked away before turning back to call her the horrific statement She said "Thank you, you're going to be viral now" prompting him to turn back around her and order her to move off the sidwalk and asid "I don't care about going viral, i really don't" When she asked where he worked, he THREATENED her he would come to her workplace and sit there and TAPE HER! She took offense that she might be a "secretary" asking if he suggested this cause she's a woman and he says "making sure that i'm taping you while you're taping my people" She said the cop tried to claim the man had a weight in his hand which he did not and none of the 9 cops stopped the officer from harassing her as she was not intimidating in the slightest. He was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and shooting with intent to kill as according to Sheriff Jody Helm, at 3am, a group of people partying across the street from his home when 26 y/o Kyndal McKvey was dared to steal one of his flags.. She approached his yard and snatched the banner but as she turned around, helm said one of the party goers yelled "GUN". She then dropped the flag at the end of the driveway and shots were fired. He fired 8 rounds of his Colt AR-15 A2 Rifle as 8 shots were fired directly at her where 6 hit her back as she fled. It was all captured on surveillance and reviewed by a deputy as the sheriff said Kyndal did not appear to be in any way a threat to him due to her obviously running away from his residence with only a flag in hand McVey collapsed in a ditch and a friend rushed to her side to administer aid as a neighbor moved their pickup truck in front of his home to create a barricade for McVey's protection while a witness trained a gun on his house a precaution Officers arrived and arrested Feaster and immediately asked for an attorney In a subsequent search, they found swastikas all around his house with 15 firearms layed out everywhere. There was also a large ashtray containing several cigarette buts and HANDCUFFS as well as a large mural of HITLER. Landmark Cinemas, one of the 2 biggest theatre chains in Canada released a picture showing how people will be seated at their theatres as it shows people spread apart with less people inside. Canadian theatres have also NOT made masks mandatory given the low cases now in Canada where they have now been able to flatten the curve and cases have not been rising unlike the United States. A stark contrast with the US movie theatres where attendees must now wear masks when viewing a movie except when eating but it's not sure how they will enforce the rules to be sure they are wearing masks unless employees come in to view the attendance every intervals. Moviegoers will also see plexiglass behind counters at concessions and assigned seatings purchased in advance will be the norm as well with staggered showtimes to give people time to was the theatres. Rising cases in the US means the movie release calendar will always be a work in progress as Tenet, WB's biggest summer title has been moved several times and now to August 12. Mulan, Disney's 200M franchise starter is now pushed to August 21 as even those dates are uncertain if cases keep rising. Movie theatres have been suffering the most and are losing huge amounts of dollars with no new films and their survival is at a brink given these new restrictions and now no new movies being released by studios. Word of mouth is no longer "was that movie good" but rather "how safe was it?" and "what was the sanitizer situation like?" as moviegoers will be cautious once they reopen fully Will you still watch a movie in theatres if it looks like this? Landmark Cinemas, one of the 2 biggest theatre chains in Canada released a picture showing how people will be seated at their theatres as it shows people spread apart with less people inside. Canadian theatres have also NOT made masks mandatory given the low cases now in Canada where they have now been able to flatten the curve and cases have not been rising unlike the United States. A stark contrast with the US movie theatres where attendees must now wear masks when viewing a movie except when eating but it's not sure how they will enforce the rules to be sure they are wearing masks unless employees come in to view the attendance every intervals. Moviegoers will also see plexiglass behind counters at concessions and assigned seatings purchased in advance will be the norm as well with staggered showtimes to give people time to was the theatres. Rising cases in the US means the movie release calendar will always be a work in progress as Tenet, WB's biggest summer title has been moved several times and now to August 12. Mulan, Disney's 200M franchise starter is now pushed to August 21 as even those dates are uncertain if cases keep rising Movie theatres have been suffering the most and are losing huge amounts of dollars with no new films and their survival is at a brink given these new restrictions and now no new movies being released by studios.
