California Police shot and killed 24 y/o Jennifer Vasquez on early christmas day after they got a report of a woman driving a suspected stolen car that was involved in a shooting..but it was reported that she was NOT the one involved NOR was the car she was driving!!

Jennifer was killed and her 28 y/o passenger, Linda Carmona Bruno was injured in the shooting in San Jose as Sgt. Enrique Garcia said officers responded to reports of shots fired from a white car.

They tried to stop the car but the driver took off leading to a chase down the city streets and onto the freeway

A witness flagged down police and directed them to her and said "that way, they shot"

The driver rammed into a police car before they opened fire into the vehicle.

Vasquez died on scene and the female passenger was treated for wound and booked into jail for outstanding misdemeanor warrant which is likely why they fled

Police released a statement that said "Officers must respond and react only with the information they have at the time. The fleeing stolen vehicle did appear at the time to be the suspects in a triple shooting in multiple areas of the city. Demonstrating a complete disregard for life and using the car to plow into an officer's vehicle while officers were standing in te immediate area from what they believed were armed attempted homicide suspects was the reason they fired. After further investigation, we do not believe it was the same vehicle involved in the shooting and no weapon was located. However, knowing that it matched the description at the approximate time of the shooting, was a stolen vehicle and the individual was so desperate to get away, all further led the officers to believe it had been involved in the shooting"

Loved ones state the shooting as "unjustified murder" as the victim's aunt, Virginia said "We feel everything is unfair. It was a different car and different person. We want this to go farther, more investigation."

Her cousin, Consuela said "She was scared. She was scared for sure. You know, when things happen, you don't think".

Ali James Medlock was born on December 12 weighing a massive 14 pounds, 13 ounches and stretching 21.5 inches long.

Most babies weigh between 6 and 8 pounds and measure under 21 inches long

The newborn's blood sugar was dangerously low as were his platelet levels and was short on breath.

But after a week, his parents Jennifer and Eric, both music teachers at a local high school were able to take him home to meet his 2 y/o sister, Annabelle.

Ananabelle too was a "big baby" weighing over 9 pounds so they expected something similar but not this.

Jennifer said "We were shocked. We did not expect 14 pounds, nobody did"...

The doctor said he had never in his 30 years of delivering babies seen such a large baby

The biggest ever born in the WORLD however was in 1879 in Ohio when a baby was 23 pounds but died 11 hours later.

The Cruz family mausoleum also contained his late father's casket, Roger and beneath it was his mother's ashes in a urn.

The funeral took place on December 11, 2017, 3 months before he went on his massacre in Parkland

He took the picture of this mausoleum on his phone when it was found by authorities.

Only 4 people turned up to pay their respects to Lynda who died of pneumonia. Nikolas, his 18 y/o brother Zachary, Rocxanne, the close liberal friend who took Nikolas in but then kicked him out and her partner, Paul Gold were the only people who came.

Paul said "Nikolas started to get upset at the funeral, he was saying things like, nobody gives a s*** about my mom."

Paul said he's never seen that article of clothing before and saw him wearing it at the funeral before placing it on top of her urn before it was sealed. He told him it was the most PRIZED POSSESION in the WORLD and wanted his mother to have it. In comparison, Sony's critically loathed, Venom earned 32M on Friday back in October and went on to earn an 80M opening....

It was definitely front loaded on Friday as not even the decent reviews helped the film as Second Act earned a 6.5M which is fine while Welcome to Marwen flopped hard at 2.3M

The grosses for the other films haven't been released yet

A Judge has DENIED to revoke a bond of 30 y/o Dustin Cavanaugh who is accused of intercepting communications based on allegations he violated conditions of pretrial supervision by posting items on the internet as he is allowed to remain free while on bond.

He was indicted in October on one count of interception of communication for recording a telephone call in September without the other's permission and then posting it on the internet.

At the Oct. 22 bond hearing, Circuit Judge, Daniel P. Dwyer released him on his own recognizance as he was not allowed to access or post on social media and not recording people without consent and not to possess ANY electric such as cellphones, tablets and computers.

Dwyer said "Unless you can produce evidence that it was Mr. Cavanaugh himself posting on social media and not somebody on his behalf, i would respectfully deny the motion to deny the bond". He also stated there was no evidence to show he possessed any internet accessible devices.

Public Defender David Littrell argued by showing screenshots of his twitter account in October and November but an Oct. 24 screenshot stated "Until further notice, all tweets are made by me..i am his girlfriend and in charge of all of his social media until further notice"

A Nov. 24 tweet said "the user no longer referred to Defendant in the third person and began using the first person description"

A motion cited the Nov. 29th tweet with a link to the Washington Post on real estate transactions including one for an assistant state's attorney prosecuting his case.

State Attorney, Gina Cirincion called these posts "self-authenticating" and told the public lawyer that his client violated the court order repeatedly and expressed concern that one post included information about a prosecutor where state attorney's are often targets of threats and harassment and demanded his bond be revoked.

She said it was NOT a minor transgression as his lawyer finally admits that these posts show that it was Dustin who posted them however, the judge said that although he was concerned, he noted that these were also on public domain and is easily accessible before social media because of the internet....

His trial is set for Jan. 28th next year as he could face a maximum of 5 YEARS in Prison on the charges

Another student reported this to school officials and the 3 were arrested and have been suspended already as the sheriff defended the action.

He said "I expected to say this was a police overreach. When we don't take any action and there's a school shooting, what's the response then?. There has been enough shootings going on around the country. This is a despicable artistic expression if that's what it was".

Dailymail has caught the moment Patrick Frazee from Colorado was seen at a WASTE FACILITY along with 2 other men as his missing fiancee has been MISSING since November 22nd on Thanksgiving..and he's still NOT a SUSPECT!!

He was spotted dumping trash where he did not leave his car but the other 2 men were as police are searching his ranch for the first time since Kelsey Berreth went missing after dropping off her daughter with him.

Employees at his ranch said he was driving a white pick-up truck which was towing a trailer as he and 2 men drove in separate caars to dump "trash" there.

Staff called police after recognizing him and officers arrived to watch him through BINOCULARS

Police went back to his ranch to retrieve bags of trash from the waste facilitiy as the police are still refusing to name him as a suspect. The FBI is also involved and said nothing of the investigation.

They are now offering 25,000 for information on her dissapearance

His attorney is insisting that he has "nothing" to hide and still has custody of their young daughter and has refused to speak to the media

Patrick was the LAST MAN to see her alive that day and says he has "no idea" what happened to her after "dropping" her off. Earlier that day she was at a grocery store where was seen on cameras doing grocery shopping with her daughter...

It wasn't until 3 days later that her mother called police because she has not heard from her daughter and was officially reported missing on December 2nd

Despite being engaged and sharing a daughter, Patrick and Kelsey do NOT live together as very little is known about their relationship

Her cell phone pinged on November 25th in Idaho, hundreds of miles from her home and Patrick and her colleagues at a flight instruction school claimed they got text messages from her stating she wasnt going be at work.

Dailymail has caught the moment Patrick Frazee from Colorado was seen at a WASTE FACILITY along with 2 other men as his missing fiancee has been MISSING since November 22nd on Thanksgiving..and he's still NOT a SUSPECT!!

He was spotted dumping trash where he did not leave his car but the other 2 men were as police are searching his ranch for the first time since Kelsey Berreth went missing after dropping off her daughter with him.

Employees at his ranch said he was driving a white pick-up truck which was towing a trailer as he and 2 men drove in separate caars to dump "trash" there.

Staff called police after recognizing him and officers arrived to watch him through BINOCULARS

Police went back to his ranch to retrieve bags of trash from the waste facilitiy as the police are still refusing to name him as a suspect. The FBI is also involved and said nothing of the investigation.

They are now offering 25,000 for information on her dissapearance

His attorney is insisting that he has "nothing" to hide and still has custody of their young daughter and has refused to speak to the media

Patrick was the LAST MAN to see her alive that day and says he has "no idea" what happened to her after "dropping" her off. Earlier that day she was at a grocery store where was seen on cameras doing grocery shopping with her daughter

It wasn't until 3 days later that her mother called police because she has not heard from her daughter and was officially reported missing on December 2nd

Despite being engaged and sharing a daughter, Patrick and Kelsey do NOT live together as very little is known about their relationship

Her cell phone pinged on November 25th in Idaho, hundreds of miles from her home and Patrick and her colleagues at a flight instruction school claimed they got text messages from her stating she wasnt going be at work.

Friends say Patrick is a "kind old-fashioned cowboy who would never hurt her"
