The bar is clearly between the swinger and camera the first time we see his legs curl up as he swings backwards. Therefore he's facing the camera. I can still trick my brain into seeing it the other way even if it looks funny during the shot where the bar is between him and the camera. But he's indisputably facing the camera.

I was born and raised, and live, in Sac. And I love my city. There's a great music scene for fans of punk, metal, and experimental music. I particularly like the monthly experimental music shows and the yearly festival. It's diverse enough to have great food of many types. We have an awesome basketball stadium, and will have a new soccer stadium in 2022 when our team joins the MLS. We get KDVS. There are great places to hang out at our rivers. Camping is nearby. Basically we're big enough to have urban attractions but not so big that it's super crowded, and nature is always close by.

Secondly, I can't think of a single post you've ever made, nor that of everybody else on this board aside from a few people with odd, specific gimmicks. And thirdly, DS2 truly does go against the core, defining concepts Miyazaki put into the series' games he directed. Get over it.

For me it's more that I played Demon Souls not knowing anything about soft caps or useless stats way back when it came out and then when people discovered them I was annoyed I had to basically start over to make a good build for PvP. By the time Dark Souls came out everyone was ready to investigate soft caps and what stats were good or not so it was less of an issue. Maybe that is fun for some people to not know what stats do or how they work, but I think most find that frustrating.
I can see that. Though for me worrying about min-maxing on the initial play through while following the instructions from people who already played the game, a hindering distraction and more like homework.

Re: post #121

Firstly, I can never understand or excuse ethnic hatred, especially genocidal ethnic hatred. I can't believe you would even posit that notion. Not to mention most Jews in Israel and abroad weren't even alive in 1948. But that anti-Jewish sentiment existed in Palestine before the UN's two state resolution and is a major reason the war sparked in the first place. Post-resolution Jewish migration was met with violence by Arabs. Again whether or not one likes the resolution, there was no cause to take it out on Jewish immigrants and other Jewish residents. That war is what led to displacement of 50% of Arabs living in Israel. Your take on it is beyond oversimplified and fails to account for the actions of the Arab population. Also kites? Come on. They have, use, and attempt to attain much more than kites.

Like I said, I am against Israel expanding over the boarder. No matter how much of a genocidal terrorist state Palestine is, it's still a country and should be treated as such.

Is post #115 a satire of the ignorance behind much of anti-Israel sentiment. Accusing a nation of ethnic cleansing when it in no way attempts to commit genocide, while characterizing the threat against them as throwing rocks despite the threat being a literal genocidal regime funded by terrorist sympathizers including a nation where synagogues are illegal. It's not hard to empathize with wanting to escape such awful environments. It should be hard to empathize with meeting said migration with violence and hatred towards the migrants.

But yes, Israel needs to respect the boarder. So post #115 is right about that.

Israel has done some shitty things worth criticizing. But some people have a weird obsession with Israel, treating them differently than other much more theocratic ethno-states with much, much less of the freedoms many of Israel's critics value. If Israel wants to allow Jews citizenship to their country, that's their business. With the extreme antisemitism in many of its continent's nations, it's probably a good thing. That being said, how cool would it be if Israel was a haven for persecuted religious and ethnic groups from around the world, such as the Uyghurs in China? As an American I am proud that we take in lots of refugees, the more we take in, the more pride we deserve. Israel could be similar.

At first I just wanted to put an answer that nobody else suggested, but now I'm committed for the sake of whynots. Sooo...It's not written as two ones next to each other and a lack of a concatenation operation makes 1x1 a perfectly reasonable interpretation.

How could you infer "x" from nothing.

Your options are either to infer problem is unsolvable as is, or to assume it was typed and broken up in a silly way to trick people into assuming to add again.
A lack of an operation implies multiplication. AB=AxB. AA=AxA. I don't see any reason to believe the the two separate "1"'s are anything other than two separate "1"'s.

I'm not saying VF is bad, but do you think its dead because people don't get it or maybe it wasn't as fun as its competitors?

Tekken is still going strong and is arguably the most loved and celebrated fighting game series right now.

I commend you for not taking the classic VF vs Tekken bait. Based on common complaints I've seen from people who tried VF but didn't like it saying it's slow and rigid, my guess is the game just isn't fun until the player reaches a fair level of competency.

When I bought VF4, I went in with the mindset that I was going to take my time and learn how to play. I would slowly incorporate different techniques over a period of weeks. When I bought TTT for the PS2, I just started playing with Baek and Eddy and was able to do bad ass looking shit right from the get go. Not that I was any good, but I think Tekken is Much more immediately rewarding.

I'm so sorry you lack the skill to recognize an objectively deeper, more balanced, fairer test of skill, adaptability, and ability to read your opponent, with enough viable variety to allow different players to express their individuality via how they play a character, in a game with a much more elegantly designed system and rule set.

Easily my favorite game of the generation. Incredibly addictive and each run feels unique. The game also has great style. Keys can be purchased, so there's no reason not to be able to get a bunch each run. As far as resources go, "bad" runs are possible, but quite rare in my experience. I had trouble with Iron Maidens at first too. Then I realized you don't have to shoot the front of them to do damage. I don't know why I assumed you did. If you're having trouble dodging their projectiles, don't stay in the middle; run to one of the sides of the room after they're fired and dodge roll over a single row of bullets as they come toward you. The rest will be so spread by the time they get to you they'll be no problem.
