That's the trade-off though. You can move out to the middle of nowhere for cheaper prices, but then you have a much longer drive to get to anything. My gf's parents live out in a city with a population of about 29k. The nearest major city is about 120 miles away.

I work for the state government (our offices are only in major cities), so it would be really inconvenient for me to live in a city like that. So I will have to make living in the city work

A city of 29k is hardly the middle of nowhere. That kind of city is going to have plenty of shopping and entertainment options.

Nah, he used to cover interesting but obscure topics nobody ever thought about. Then it was Trump and COVID for literally every episode for several years. Then when he stopped that he just covered boring broad topics like "criminal justice" through a biased lens. And now HOAs which are primo bait topics on CE but people only point to the worst of the worst as examples when most aren't like that and are just a way to pay for lawncare of common ground.
