While I do agree that his trials should be televised, maybe it is for the best that they aren't. It would be a double edged sword if they were. On one side the American people would get to see it but on the other side Trump would use it to his advantage. He would have more incentive to show out and use the whole thing as a political campaign.People get heated when referees make unfavorable calls in sports. Imagine the claims that the system is rigged if every objection and evidentiary ruling were televised, and every armchair lawyer got to add their analysis. --- Science and Algorithms |

Basketball is painful to watch. An early score is 8-6, and I'm supposed to be excited why exactly? A close game at the end takes forever because they stop the clock every 3 seconds, and have 10 timeouts, and when it doesn't take forever it's because there's a 20+ point difference.But if there's an actual good player an early score might be 11-4.
