Neither are reliable at all in the video game industry since most user reviews are littered with bias and fanboyism, or are just straight up uninformative like this:

Ki_cat_ posted...
Hardly. Most user reviews are either "10/10, GOTY! I love it!" Or "4/10, garbage!".

While most professional reviews are paid for or at the least they won't bash AAA titles too much even if not paid off since they don't want companies to cut off their early review copies or whatever. Not to mention you can't rely on averages of pro reviews either because tons of reviewers work on this horrible grading system similar to school grades where they treat average as 7 or 8, while horrible failure is a 5 or 6, so a 2/10 game will still have a bunch of 6/10 reviews from these types skewing it's average.

It's a shame there's no single-fire P90 without the civilian barrel (although I'm guessing it has to be like that for importation reasons or something since the MP5's civilian variant has the same thing).

If the slash is mean to represent a fraction rather than a division symbol than it should be written "6/(2(1+2))" and the answer would be 1. However since it isn't the assumption should be that the slash does represent a division symbol in which case the answer is 9. That said, any proper mathematician would write this equation "(6/2)(1+2)" to avoid any possible confusion. The way it's written in the topic title is done on purpose to be misleading.

I don't know about all 2K games, but I know Civilization 6 has tons of negative reviews because of 2K's DLC method of charging $5 to $10 for one new Civ and nothing else, and almost never putting them on sale on top of that (this summer sale right now is the first time I've ever seen them on sale).

More recently 2K and other publishers have also come under fire for packing in Red Shell spyware and changing their EULAs without informing consumers.

Honestly High Rock is probably the last place I'd want ES6 to take place in since it's terrain and setting is basically just a warmer Skyrim. It's still heavily mountainous and rocky like Skyrim, just less snow. Something like Hammerfell or Summerset Isles would be a much more drastic change in setting that it would help the game feel less like "Skyrim 2".

Also High Rock is small, so unless they're going to combine it with Hammerfell like in Daggerfall, they're either going to have to make the map smaller than Skyrim or have to change the scale of the world.

Seriously there isn't shit in Ohio. I admit I've never been to Cincinnati or Columbus, but I'd been to Cleveland several times and the only notable things there are the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a river so polluted it's caught fire several times. I guess if you like baseball Jacob's Field is apparently a nice stadium. I was only there once and I was 6, so I barely remember it.

I guess Ceder Point was pretty cool, although it's been about 15 years since I was last there so I have no idea what it's like now.

Generally just a Big Mac combo, and even then only when I have coupons. McDonalds is stupidly expensive here in Canada considering the quality of the food.

If I'm in the US however, I generally get a bunch of things off the 2 for $3 menu. Two 6-pack McNuggets and then two of whatever burgers or chicken sandwiches are on the menu. $6 for two burgers and 12 McNuggets is unreal. A single 6-pack of McNuggets is around $6 here and the "small" burgers like the Jr. Chicken or Bacon Cheeseburger are something like $2.79 each, so the same meal here would cost you almost $20.

It's not used to describe people from Spain.

Used or not, it's the truth and deifnition. Spanish people are hispanic, hispanic people are not necessarily spanish.

dude, just google "hispanic" and save us both some time.

First result:

"The term Hispanic (Spanish: hispano or hispnico) broadly refers to the people, nations, and cultures that have a historical link to Spain. It commonly applies to countries once under colonial possession by the Spanish Empire following Spanish colonization of the Americas, parts of the Asia-Pacific region and Africa, principally what are today the countries of Hispanic America where Spanish is the predominant or official language and their cultures are heavily derived from Spain although with strong local indigenous or other foreign influences."

The people of Spain are called Spaniards. What Spaniard refers to themselves as Hispanic?

I like how you conveniently left out this part:

"Hispanic originally referred to the people of ancient Roman Hispania, which roughly comprised the Iberian Peninsula, including the contemporary states of Spain, Portugal, and Andorra, and the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar."

In what Disney is counting as canon the only other one I can think of is the female bounty hunter at the very start of Episode 2 that Obi-Wan and Anakin chase through the city and capture in the night club. I guess there were also females in Jabba's court, but they were just servants and entertainers, not really villains in the same vein as Boba Fett or Bib Fortuna.

I suppose there could be female villains in some of the newer novels and such that Disney is counting (though I've never heard of any). Otherwise all the female villains are part of the old EU.

I'm Iranian and I had to look this up. You get citizenship through your father but not your mother, so yeah, that's probably what happened.

They do have birthright citizenship too, but the father must have resided legally in the country for at least a year prior to her birth for her to be given Iranian citizenship. The article is vague on the legal status of her parents, but it's quite possible they weren't in Iran for a year before she was born, or they were in the country illegally, which would mean Afghanistan would probably be her only legally recognized citizenship. She might even be stateless since I can't actually find anything on whether or not Afghanistan automatically grants citizenship to children born abroad to Afghan parents, though I would assume they do.

I have no problem with DLC that's developed after the game's released and expands on an already completed game, like the expansions you'd see on PC games back before DLC was a thing.

However way to many companies plan out and develop DLC alongside the development of the main game, and have no shame in doing it, essentially turning $60 games into $70 or $80, especially since way too often those DLCs are not optional extras, they're integral the the main game (looking at you Javik). Those companies and their DLC can fuck right off.
