This, I know nothing about any Canadian provinces really. Other than that Quebec has a lot of French speakers. And that one of them is considered more conservative than the others (Alberta I think?).

I only know the cities Toronto, Ontario and Montreal.

How does Iqaluit compare to Yellowknife and Whitehorse? I know population-wise, they're all in the same ballpark, and are about the size of the city I live in currently.

I'm equating population density with population diversity. I know this is a slight oversimplification, but my thoughts are the more people have got, the more potential you have for different types of people.

So Vancouver. I'll gamble on people making up for the generally colder weather because I'm on the cold ocean.

Normally I'd choose one of the territories since I prefer the cold (probably NWT), but I remember reading somewhere in the arctic got up to 32C recently. so...
