Well exactly. As a starter, his middle form only lasts like 10-15 levels. The subsequent 50 have no mask.

Kane with the Iron Mask is an optional Stone evolution that arguably makes him worse.

That got Capcom'd when Dragon Quarter didnt sell. I doubt theyd revisit it without some pretty compelling evidence there was market anyway.

In my case, I'd call it realism. It's not hard for me to arrive at a realistic conclusion like this when I know that all my experience with modern Square games (apart from a few ports...!) has been quite subpar! I, personally, would almost certainly enjoy those resurrections far, far less than their original incarnations, so...!
Well to each their own but I thought FFXIII-2 was pretty fantastic and quite liked around half of 13, which about what I can say for Chrono Cross.

Danielson, Punk, and Aries (all of which have, hilariously, risen to the top of their respective brands/company - Smackdown, Raw, TNA - at roughly the same time. i told you months ago that Aries was gonna be back where he left off in the title picture...!). basically, they just 'get' that ROH is 'more real' because they hit each other harder.

This indy idol attitude is one of the thing that makes me most mad about the modern wrestling fan. Why is it that constantly now that Punk/Aries and...Bryan (ugh it hurts to type) are doing so well that you feel the need to constantly remind us you knew them way back when? It feels like, if it isn't intended that way, like a subtle put down. A "oh if you think what Bryan did on smackdown is cool, you shoulda seen him at Best in the world 4 years ago" kind of attitude that just rankles me as a mainstream wrestling fan.

Thank god Punk had last summer, i never thought we were going to get past that phase with him. Why cant we judge these workers on their current merits and live in the present. ( I could write a whole other post on needlessly nostalgia-ing older workers like Jericho, but I digress) I like Aries, and I like Punk and I dont like the implication that I am somehow a lesser fan or a bandwagon fan because the first time I saw either work was in a mainstream company.

To shift to wangs other post, Davey you have to feel bad for. He is taking a beating. It IS senseless. Show him some respect in the ring and then write an angry letter to Cornette telling him to quit putting Davey in such reckless positions.
Watching Eddie/Davey or Davey/Cole or Davey/Roddy, they just stretch the limits of what a person can believably take. Its not good booking, its not good for the workers, and honestly I think it in some ways hampers the products marketability, except to a portion of the audience they already have. I would much rather watch something like Elgin/Davey or in all honesty Rock/Cena than that any day of the week.

Hell for its resemblance to torture porn, Miz/Cena is pretty comparable to how i feel about the typical davey getting the crap kicked out of him match.

I actually smiled as I read this because of how inaccurate you are. This also explains why you are so bad at mafia, you really can't read into anyone too well. I suppose if that is how you see things then the truth I am about to say is just going to be lies and such but here it goes:

1. I am so grateful that I am not Ulti that it almost hurts. Not a knock against Ulti, he is a dear friend of mine, but the fact that you would actually believe I would "want to be Ulti" shows you don't know either of us well as you probably think you do.

2. I would like you to name one dick I sucked to win User of the Year last year. Just one.

I feel this is what hold RoH back honestly. Davey is(was?) that kind of face and it fits the Ring of Honor mantra well. But its boring. Theres a reason other companies dont usually do straight vanilla babyfaces anymore. Even Cena has some swagger to him damn it.

They really do have Davey and Steen 100% in position for a Bret vs. Austin-style double turn if they have the balls enough to admit that their company direction is failing and that Steen represents what their fans really want.
Given crowd reaction and how loosely i follow RoH I had just assumed this already happened.

The current ROH creative minds really have no clue how to do a babyface character beyond "I am a no-nonsense athlete looking to prove I am the best."

I find that a lot of PUAs and people who discover game in this country have a problem with them because it teaches us to get practically any girl that we want. This leads to an inability to find LTR stability because we are so unwilling to put up with the usual bs that comes with them. 2/3 years ago a girl could do practically anything in a ltr with me and I'd still be doting on her and wouldn't reprimand her for poor behavior. Now though I'm too far at the other end of the spectrum. My time is so valuable to me and any instance where I find it's being wasted is something I'll end things over and it's a real problem. I see this happening all throughout the community too. Game is supposed to be able to help LTRs but when you are taught not to put up with bulls*** it's a little hard to let things slide like you normally would.
Youll get over it.

After a while, I went back to craving stability. And with my newfound knowledge that I could have anything I wanted, I went out and found someone actually worthwhile.

Relationships become so much better when youre wise to the BS of romantic ideals and actually understand how the typical person behaves in reality. After a couple years of what i am going to call "RealOing" it, you should be able to figure out what you actually want out of women and then just go find it and be happy.

Wh-what.

After 6 episodes you seriously have Odo first and Kira next to last? I dont even remember anything Odo DOES in those episodes.

Kira meanwhile CARRIES this show that whole first season. Consider that this role wasnt even meant for her, and she just steps into it with poise and grace. She gets all of the most emotional scenes and all of the most interesting conflicts in terms of both her character and in terms of the setting.

She is, almost alone at the point youre at, the person bringing DS9 to life.

The original creepy stalker angle

This angle has been attempted multiple times since then, but really only the original turned out well. The Cheryl roberts angle was a pretty great blood feud. The charming and handsome " Ravishing" Rick Rude makes a sustained pass for the affections of the more everyman looking Jake Roberts' wife Cheryl. The big moment of which was Rick Rude wearing custom monogrammed tights with Cheryl Roberts' face on them. Just a fantastic moment, but perhaps even better is the moment i post here, where Jake makes him pay for it!

The sad thing is that Triple H doesn't want to be a heel anymore and thinks he's inherently likeable.
I think were getting to the point where he is the PERFECT Vince replacement if he wants to be. Hes still jacked and thanks to his....pedigree <_<.... he could still believably mix it up with the champ. And has the heel mic charisma to seriously be that kind of a force.
