I'm not a tech guy at all, but if you're just browsing the internet, streaming, and using office, it doesn't matter all that much. I would definitely recommend getting something with an SSD if possible, the difference is massive.

I just swapped the HDD in my 5 year old laptop to an SSD and it's like I have a brand new machine. I don't have a desktop so this is literally the fastest I've ever had a computer perform for me.

I played yugioh for like 6 months 15 years ago but I play a ton of Magic. Am I wrong that the first card giving you 3000 life points once.... still wouldn't be very good?

I played weekly tournaments at locals up until a few years and with the more competitive decks and play generally life points are inconsequential. There are an infinite amount of ways to win on a single turn and many decks in the meta, at the time at least, were set up in a way that once they connect on their combo the game is essentially over, so yeah 3000LP gain isn't really great.

Obviously there are exceptions and mirror matches are a thing too.

I very rarely experience this sort of in-between state of sleeping and being awake, which may be sleep paralysis, where it feels like my body is asleep but I am awake, and it usually comes with a sense of fear but not physically seeing something. I always try to move my body but it's stuck in place despite what feels like a tremendous amount of effort to force any movement. It sucks but I've found that if I really exert myself and focus I can eventually move and kind of snap out of it into a state of being fully awake.

What's more common is that at least once or twice a month I'll do something that I best describe as sleepwalking in response to something my brain percieves as a danger, and then halfway through the process I'll wake up and realize I'm an idiot. Sometimes it'll be me attacking my window blinds with my pillow, or searching for an insect I'm sure is on my bed that doesn't exist. Rarely I'll leave the room altogether. There isn't really any fear associated with it though and I mostly laugh at myself after realizing what's going on. At this point my girlfriend just shrugs it off and goes back to sleep.

Was there anything obvious that triggered the start of this?

This is incredibly anecdotal, but it suddenly started two days after getting my second vaccine and I know two other people (including my mom) who weeks later are still feeling dizzy after their second dose.

Online searching doesn't have this as a side effect and my doctor also refuted it and I'm inclined to believe that. Oddly enough sudden tinnitus and vertigo is a rare side effect people have gotten after getting covid itself.

My ears have been ringing 24/7 for about a week now and I fear the worst, but the actual ringing isn't really affecting me all that much, instead its the constant lightheadness and dizzy feeling also near 24/7 that's really killing me. Is that a normal side effect? Does it go away? Am I dying?

As for exciting fans, well, that's been the downside of England's impressive structure. It works, but it's not the most fun football to look at imo.
