As someone else stated, a huge truck like that can't go 0-60 in 3 seconds, it takes times to get it going. After she gets in the car they are "both in the truck" for like 2 seconds before she freaks out and jumps out the other side. | billcom6 01/08/18 4:58:07 PM #50 | I just want to say that I saw it in theatres when it came out, opening weekend. I had followed the "hype" leading up to it and everything. The website they made for the movie was really well done and never mentioned it being anything than a real event. This combined with the fact that it was one of the first "found footage" movies helped created a real nice level of realism. When I say that not that many people thought it was real I mean I don't really know anybody who went and saw the movie and thought it was a real documentary after seeing it. There were people who tried to trick other people and convince them it was all true. And there were people who didn't really know about it who would ask "wait, is that real or is it a movie??"
