It'd be great if Square just fucking release the entire FFT series on PC/latest consoles with a turbo button. With all the ports and remasters they're making I can't believe they haven't touched this series yet. It would be like printing money for them.

Nope!! Mobile version not only fixed the slowdown but made the formerly multiplayer only content accessible to single player.

Yeah, the requirements for dark knight are insane. the only thing that comes remotely close in the original is Mime, which I've never honestly bothered with.

I usually do challenge runs anyway, which drastically reduces the need to grind for JP.

Mime is really important for challenge runs because it has the best job stat growth in the game (except Onion Knight but you need to be more than a little crazy to grind levels as Onion Knight)

I'd move to one of those apartment complexes that had literally everything you want in the lobby and no one would ever see me in the outside world again.

I'd also just rent for the rest of my life. There's no benefit to owning property if you don't need to sell it later because you have tons of money.

I don't know if JP increases are a thing I don't have that level of detail memorized.

I just know that even while grinding like crazy I wasn't able to unlock Dark Knight until chapter 3 after Agrias joins permanently.

Also Luso can learn Ultima in chapter 3 which basically changes everything as he can teach it to Ramza in the first battle of chapter 4

I never use it. Everywhere I go has a mostly flat parking deck.

It inversely affects Move-Find, I think.

It doesn't affect move-find itself, it just changes the item you get to the common one instead of the rare one. Low BRV = better chance of getting the rare item.

A few items are missable this way if you get the common one like Javelin 2.

What are you doing that you need to grind that much JP though? You need to be massively over-leveled before random battles really become a problem.

Calculator and Dark Knight are massive fucking JP grinds that you'll never really get to use if you just play organically. You have to grind extra if you want to use them for most of the game.

She had no career. Bayonetta was her only not "literally who?" Role and she had done no VO work at all for almost 8 years.

I wasn't really a fan of Myst. there wasn't any clear way to progress besides trial and error which gets boring real fast.

No it doesn't. There are instances of mass violence that cannot be attributed to the political spectrum such as the crusades but that's tangential to the question of left vs right. If anything the crusades were just two different right wing factions duking it out.

USPS workers have been getting killed by dogs since the country existed and we have as of yet not really done anything to change this so I don't think not delivering is going to be an option.

German Shepherds are perfectly fine dogs but they need obedience training or else it's going to see a squirrel one day while you're walking it and pull your ass to the ground chasing after it.

To be fair, it's not that far removed from other action stars. Sylvester Stallone is the only one I can think of who will really lose in a one on one fight with no excuses. But The Rock's over-the-top style calls attentions to the trappings of what it means to be an action hero.

Schwarzenegger lost in his literal debut movie.

He often has stalemate victories as well where he kills the bad guy but dies in the process.

Bruce Willis also lost badly in Sin City. He gets his revenge later but in the beginning it was a pretty decisive loss.
