I prefer Tetra Master's rules but the way they handle stats and HP is absolute bullshit, so I usually meme around with it early but give up by the time I finish Lindblum lol

Yeah I wanna love it but RNG has me raging. Leave the grinding and RNG to acquiring cards, not random RNG battles and grinding them to level up your cards lol

Anyways I started and just escaped prison. I did the disc 1 lionheart to be a bit cheesy. Grinding those 20 elnoyle cards was a bit off-putting. I had All on to get more cards for mats/magics and ended up losing a few matches and had to reset progress a few times lol

I love FF8. My second favorite FF after 10. It's just when I played it as a kid I never paid too much attention to the card game so I thought it'd be fun to switch it up

Yes the main storyline/characters might not be all that, but Laguna/Julia/Rain's storyline and how Squall and Rinoa track back to them is one of my favorite plotlines in all of FF

I'm not sure exactly where I stand about the whole glorifying serial killers thing when it comes to shows/movies but I did like this series for a few things:

1. Highlighted the incompetence and racism of cops at the time, which still tracks to today.

2. Did a fine job of portraying the struggles of those affected, especially the family of the victims and the neighbor (Glenda) that had to pretty much witness a lot of his killings.

3. The building where Dahmer did his killings and was caught. It was razed in 1992 and to this day remains an empty lot when in the show there were talks about their being a memorial park or something supposed to be built in it's stead. Not sure if the show will have any effect on finally getting a park or memorial built there.

I don't recall where I heard it, probably from one of the leaks earlier in the year. It said there was going to be several mimic pokemon. Ones that are based on existing pokemon but are new species despite just being new versions of existing ones. Looks like that was accurate.

Iirc it also said there'd be ancient and futuristic versions of existing pokemon too, but I don't recall if that was the same source as the mimic pokemon.
