End of an era.

Dungeon Meshi manga has just ended.

One of the more well-written manga I've read over the years. The worldbuilding is top-class, and the characters are all memorable.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a well-written classic D&D style high fantasy story.

Really thought we'd get to fight the other "World Kings" as well, at least the ones we can reach like the giant boar and the kraken.

But to answer, it doesn't really bother me. It just fleshes out the world more and makes it seem like the player character/party isn't the super special chosen people the center of the universe revolves around.

And especially for indie titles, it leaves a little bit of wiggle room for sequel stuff if it sold well enough.

Sea of Stars is a great game.

Go play it.

I'm also going Ages -> Seasons for the exact same reasons as you. I did Seasons first when I first played them.

This time though, I'm going for the full completionist run to get all the rings. So I'm going to do a Hero Mode Seasons -> Ages afterwards.

Fortunately I found a password editor that can add the two GBA exclusive rings without messing up the ones I already found.

LOVED Patapon back in the day. Looks like the game will have the same charm and fun of the first two games.

Didn't really like the 3rd one though, as it was too much of a departure of the main gameplay formula.

Luckily, this game looks like it'll be a good return to form, so I'm definitely interested to see more of it.

Literally both of my all time favorite games and they greatly shaped my childhood.

I guess the silver lining in this would be that I know what choices I'm gonna make so it'll be faster.

And I was playing an Adept before and unlocked the Singularity bonus talent, so now I can play the actual class I want to bring to ME2 and 3, Vanguard.

Not looking forward to replaying all those Mako planets though.

As long as they didn't delete the entire character, or overwrite their last autosave, it should theoretically be recoverable.

Yeah, that was the problem. I was deleting multiple characters and then I wasn't paying attention and got rid of the main one.

How do you even do that? I haven't accidentally deleted a whole ass save since the days of memory cards.

I was trying out different classes at the start. I didn't realize that each time I made a new character, it made a different set of saves per "career".

I tried to clean it up when I found out, but then I accidentally deleted the one I was actually going through on.

I was playing on xbox so it does have cloud saves.

Actually, this would be the perfect situation to NOT have constant backups since I could have restored the previous state if the window between syncs was long enough.

That's 35 hours down the drain I guess.

Goddammit and I JUST finished the 3rd story mission.

And I was all excited to finally play the game for the first time.

I don't think I have the drive to play through it again right now.

Wow. I have like 190 after 120 hours lol

Hoverbike + Korok Mask helped get the majority just through regular exploring.

Now I'm using an interactive map to cleanup and get the rest.

Managed to clear the northeastern part of Hyrule, so all of Eldin, Akkala, and Zora's Domain.

Brought up my korok seeds to 730.

Got the medal of honor for Flux Constructs, Moldugas, and Froxes. 30 Taluses and 20 Hinoxes left for their medals.

Still missing around 50 bubbul gems, still need to max out a few armor sets, and I have around 650 korok seeds.

Haven't been keeping up with the SoS series since Trio of Towns, but the latest one definitely looks interesting.

I'm more hyped for the new Rune Factory games though.

Project Dragon looks to be more combat focused, with the farming looking like the system in Tides.

No details for RF6, but hopefully they learned a lot from the flaws of RF5.
