From what I hear, most gyms will only be operating at 20% capacity so most likely if you're not there 1-2 hours before the gym opens, you'll be stuck waiting in the hot summer sun. I'm going to keep working out at home for the time being until I hear more from others who go. Hmm. That might be true, but it also might not be. It's true that all the fearless gym goers will be there a lot, but there will also be a ton of people who will not go because they're going to keep self quarantining. I had a sore throat that went on for a bit that turned into a bad cough with some difficulty breathing. A few days later I had a fever that morning that was in the 101-102 range that fluctuated. Could/Flu medication did not alleviate symptoms. I also had dehydration creep up on me so don't neglect those fluids as well as a pain in my right side a few inches from my belly button. (This was later stages.) Also in those later stages the smallest amount of exercises would leave me feeling winded despite not doing much. I was almost hospitalized due to my dehydration so I can't reiterate enough to drink fluids. Breathing also became painful. Oh, and yes my wife and I had Coronavirus so I am speaking from experience. This went on for a bit over 2 and a half weeks but we are recovered. Tne cough lasted a month and a half despite recovery. Still have a random cough once or twice a day but it is almost gone. Thanks. As long as you dont develop the chest pains you should be fine - nausea and diarrhea are huge markers indicating covid, if you lose your smell then youve got the rona No nausea but slight diarrhea.
