I always thought Breaking Bad shouldve done more of the cartel storyline (starting with Tuco). Even though BCS is an outwardly much more tame show since it deals with a lawyer, they have totally delivered on fleshing out the cartel stuff. Slow build from the earlier seasons.

The actor refused to do to it (I've heard conficting reasons as to why. Some say he is a method actor and playing a drug crazed murderer really bothered him, some say it was scheduling conflicts, some say it was pay, who knows.) he was willing to come in and let them finish up the storythread but not willing to be a regular. That's why the start of Season 2 felt so damn rushed. That was all planned but that was supposed to be happen over the course of the whole season. not 2 episodes. Tell it again.
The past two episodes are up there with the best of BB. I love Lalo. Tony Dalton deserves major props for playing such a shave, charming, charismatic, and intimidating character. Him just going "Hey guys" in that chipper tone made me smile. Then it got heavy. And I'm just going to be a full on pig here, but Kim/Rhea is still a cutie. She ticks a lot my boxes so to speak when it comes to women. I like older chicks with that business/executive kind of look. Hopefully towards the end Raymond Cruz will come back again so we can see Tuco one last time.
