Lizzo is undeniably talented in many ways but it confuses me how the overwhelming majority of her fans are white women in their thirties that all have the same identical talking points when praising her - she's confident, and she can play the flute.

What is it about Lizzo that appeals to so many suburban white women, that they don't see in other Black women in music?

Im guessing that she doesnt makes them feel insecure about their appearance. They probably also like her music.

She has a lot of talent. Hopefully she makes it to 40.

I keep wondering how do you even play tabletop of this lol. There are just so many to keep track especially on higher levels.

I mean, thats the game. Ive been playing pathfinder for over a decade, and last Sunday my group finished an adventure path we had been playing for six years(Jade Regent).

Its the kind of game where you read through thousands of rules because thats fun for you. Some people call it Mathfinder, and yeah, thats accurate. One half of my group are programmers and the other half are on the spectrum. It is a very rules heavy game.

Are we going to debate the definition of enforced monogamy like we did back in 2018? I dont think it was good enough to warrant a reboot.

Although, if I were to bet on a private company who would do this, I would definitely lean more toward one of the countless companies that would benefit from a continued conflict. So long as the pipeline was operational, it was a bargaining chip, and I could see how some might want to dissuade Europe from ceasing the conflict just because their people are freezing to death.

Although in reality, the more likely outcome is that we wont see massive amounts of deaths in Europe, but rather will see the lower and middle classes get financially squeezed until they are serfs, and a lot of people in poorer countries dying, so I guess it could also be Bill Gates.

The associated partying is fun if youre into that kind of thing. If not, yeah I can see how it wouldnt be enjoyable.

In general I enjoy the ceremony as well. Especially if I like the people.

Edit: in fact every single advertisement, post, and listing for the show has it labeled as "anything goes".
There is ZERO advertising or anything saying it's an "all ages show".

Wow. Well, I havent been through exactly this, but I have been through a few things that rhyme. The most important thing you can do is be supportive of her. But Im sure you know that. Hang in there.

Ive seen that type of assignment before, usually as a way to keep changing up where the kids are reading to keep it fresh. Never heard about a request for a picture, though. While Im certain they meant literally in the bathtub as opposed to while taking a bath, people need to be more careful with that kind of thing.

Decimal yeah. Hex and binary I only slightly understand. I would need to do a lot more research. But since you mentioned it I'll give it a try. Sounds like a good way to challenge myself.

If I recall correctly it is fairly easy to convert numbers to hex or binary and back. The calculator display would need some sort of toggle to know thats what the user wants, then it would be a fairly simple process of determining what mode the calculator is in, converting the input into decimal, doing the calculations as normal and then converting back to either hex or binary. At least thats one way to potentially do it.

I think it will be a very different kind of show. Lots of smaller companies and indies without so much of a big publisher presence. Some assholes will show up to swing their dick around, but I think most companies have moved past all that.

This show really needs to commit to taking out popular characters for good. Netflix always keeps too many people alive.
