No, its actually because his acting is so good and the movie does such a great job of giving Dracula real character and motivations and emotions that every other interpretation looks like a shallow movie monster with no real depth in comparison.

That part of the story was already converted to feature length in the Netflix adaption, although they definitively took some artistic liberties. Really big shoes to fill.

Just finished episode 5. Im pleasantly surprised by this show, it keeps subverting my expectations.

It is also a very fresh take on the traditional cuckoldry fantasy, with the father-daughter angle certainly making the whole thing a bit more taboo.

Thats the main source of my confusion. If their definition of race-based holiday is a holiday that race plays a central role, then I wish theyd just said that, because I agree. If it is more akin to a religion-based holiday, those are typically only observed by members of the religion. As it is now a federal holiday, it applies to everyone, but not all holidays are observed by all people even if they are federal holidays. So I just wanted them to clarify their terms.

Seriously? It was only made a federal holiday RECENTLY. Juneteenth is a race based holiday. You never saw white people celebrating it because it has almost nothing to do with them. Unironically everytime I had a hot professor or TA, I always did well in the class >_> I guess cuz I redirected my horny energy to my studies because I didnt want to disappoint them lol. Plus the class was way less stressful because I'm staring at titties and ass for half the class.
