Nickelodeon couldn't afford if kids won the grand prizes all the time so the temple run was rigged

Yeah there were 120 episodes and just barely over 30 teams won the grand prize. Though one of those wins was due to a production error and ended up being the quickest win.

Usually when a team had one pendant, they would make so that multiple doors would open when a room's objective was cleared, so that the players would have a fair shot to at least reach the artifact as they'd have more paths to choose from and so that it would possible to avoid at least one of the temple guards. And then there times where even if a team had two pendants, they'd still get screwed over due to the location of the artifact and the placement of the temple guards.

They're all from the 90's with the exception of Caitlin's Way (2000) and The Tomorrow People which looks like it came out in the 70's but also aired in the 90's.

There were actually more than one Tomorrow People series. There was one that was made in the 70s(which is the one you're probably referring to). And there was one that was made in the early 90s which is the one that aired on Nickelodeon.

Depends on the game. Games like Until Dawn and The Quarry have multiple endings that occur depending on whether or not the characters are still alive.

If I'm replaying a game (whether it's the same mode or New Game+ if the game has it), I try to do things a bit different than I did before. For instance, for my regular playthrough on Batman Arkham Knight, I would do the side missions when they became available. On New Game+, I finished the main story, then did the side missions as since the main story ends with Gotham finding out that Bruce Wayne is Batman, some of the dialogue would be different.

What always got me were the shows where someone would be back for the 3rd or 4th time trying to find the father.

There were a couple of women that made at least 10 appearances testing at least 14 different men to see if they were if the father of their babies. One of those women had six kids.

I think this is one of the women I mentioned. Her name's Marisol. According to the Maury wiki she tested 17 different men for her 6 children. One of the men was dead. She first appeared in 2001 and last appeared in 2013.

I respect her opinion, but I think shes' wrong.

I would hope nobody who comes to Gamefaqs would agree with her because a lot of people would also say the same about video games. "They're for children, why are you still playing them as an adult" I've heard it many, many times.

People are allowed to still enjoy the things they liked as kids. I was 10 and knew a friend who loved Monty Python...he still does. As a kid I loved Xena Warrior Princess (not for kids) and still do, lol.

I definitely agree with this. They're people who look down upon others for playing video games because they're "childish", yet they often spend their free time smoking weed and getting high. Hell some years ago Bill Maher was trying to lecture people about growing up and his favorite pastime is smoking pot. I'm not judging anyone that smokes pot, weed or whatever. What anyone does during their spare time is their business. But just like how some people think video games are childish, they're also people that think smoking pot and weed is childish as well. Even if it isn't. So there's the sayings "Pot(no pun intended) calling the kettle black" or "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

I remember one Gamefaqs user criticizing people that played Kingdom Hearts and I came across this same user saying how much he liked the Spyro games. Which often gets labeled as a "childish" series by "mature adults" as well.

The child clearly got that from somewhere if not from his parents. Possibly from another relative such as an older sibling, aunt or uncle. Maybe even from another kid that got it from their parents.

I stopped keeping up with rap around the mid 00s. I prefer stuff from the 80s and early to mid 90s.

And in a way, I can see where the TC's coming from even in regards to some older rap. Many of us were probably pre-teens or teenagers when Tupac released Hit Em' Up. We probably thought the sickle cell diss was amusing back then, but now as adults, we probably think that was taking it too far. Especially if you know somebody that has sickle cell.
