So far, the new circuit breaker hasn't tripped at all. Gotta keep an eye on the stuff that's plugged into that circuit to see if they turn off again, but I'm glad I chose to do this myself.

The only error I made was buying the wrong kind. I didn't realize there was a panel neutral wire that was part of the old circuit breaker. The first new one had a slot for it, but I think you're supposed to supply your own wire for it. I tried cutting off the wire from the old one and stripping it, but I couldn't quickly figure out how to insert it.

So I ended up going to Lowe's to get one that had the wire attached already. I struggled a bit to put the new one back into the slot properly, but I got it and I think I'm good to go.

Now to catalog the kind I just bought so I'll know that I need that kind in the future.

Literally the hardest part is buying the right breaker, as you noted lol. After that, its like legos; very simple.

Even large SUVs are not as big as minivans when it comes to interior space and legroom, from what I saw. I was looking at the Hyundai Palisade and the base gas model Chrysler Pacifica had more space.

I want to drive my kids and my parents in law around town to spend time outdoors. SUV wont work; minivan works much better for this aspect.

What i mean is buying an entry level porsche won't have them sending you swag and inviting you to events. Sure they may give you good customer service when you're at the dealership, but you'll also be the lowest priority for a loaner car vs someone who's buying a GT3 with a weissach package.

True. I am buying top of the line minivan though; highest trim, fully loaded so I expected they would let me borrow a loaner for an hour.

Yea thats what Im learning. I never bought a Chrysler before, and Im really turned off by their dealership experience. Hell, I owned a Hyundai Genesis before (before they spun it out to just Genesis brand), and Hyundai has better service than Chrysler.

It's not really the price itself but the context. 60k is a huge amount of money for almost anyone you talk to, but a 60k porsche won't get you that great treatment vs a 40k Morgan or a 50k Lotus.

To truly get those "special" experiences where the dealers start inviting you to events, send you swag you need to either be spending supercar money, or buying into low production specialty brands.

Disagree. Porsche dealerships are known for their service, just like Lexus dealerships. I had an old used Porsche Cayenne and they treated me like a king there even with that POS.

Lets be honest, a $60k truck isn't anything special nowadays, especially when you have trucks going well into the 6 figures. If you really wanted to have your balls fondled by the dealership you need to go to a specialty/enthusiast brand, realistically.

Oh I agree. I think theyre both worthless vehicles only meant for a dick measuring contest. However, TRX is a better vehicle than a Raptor on all accounts. I dont have a TRX, I have a RAM 1500 Laramie that I use for house stuff (2x4/4x4 lumbar and plywood hauling for projects around the house, mulching, towing my John Deere tractor to go cut my parents grass, etc.).

Every dealer is different and responds different. My family has been like 5 cars deep with a dealer and they've gone from being reasonable to deal with, to I'm 99% done with them after this lease.

TC may have had fair reasons to ask for a loaner, but the dealer never owes it to him. Quite frankly, they have all the leverage here. TC can say he waited 3 months, but that dealer could give less than a shit and let someone else have that allocation if TC tries to walk away.

My car before the truck was a Lexus, and their service level expectations has gotten me spoiled, I guess. They would hand out loaners for anything; even if I was there to pick up a part.

Specifically, one thing I want to know is if the minivan will fit in my garage without having to fold the mirrors. I also want to know if it can clear one end of my throughway driveway without scraping anything.

I couldnt test drive the minivan because they literally didnt have it. No dealerships around me had it either. I put a $500 deposit for the order, but I can cancel it prior to it being delivered for a refund of the deposit.

Now once it gets delivered, I can also just back out and not buy the car for a variety of reasons (like unable to secure a loan, for example), and still get my money back.

So I COULD test drive my exact minivan, say this sucks, and just not buy it anyway.

Bought a $50k truck from this dealer a couple of years ago and now ordered a $60k minivan from them three months ago (still awaiting delivery).

My truck needs regular maintenance (state inspection, oil change, tire rotation). I know that one of the loaner vehicles they got last month is one trim lower of the minivan I ordered, and since I never test drove the minivan (due to lack of stock), I wanted to drive that one around for an hour or two while theyre servicing my truck.

So I asked if I can borrow this loaner vehicle; they said they have no availability for that loaner minivan until end of October. I said I can wait until then, and they said they dont give out loaner cars for oil changes and state inspections. I said I get that, and explained why I wanted it (I ordered a car from them, they didnt have any on hand for me to test drive, etc.); they still said no.

Am I being a Karen here and just spoiled? I just want to test drive the god damn $60k minivan I ordered from a dealer I already spent $50k on my truck for.

Obviously iOS is better, but I want to know why people think android is better.

Just buy AirPods.

On android: use an app that gives you YouTube premium for free (forgot what its called); no clue if this app still works or not, since Google sued them or something.

On iOS: Pay for YouTube Premium.

On TV: You need a router management type of device, like a PiHole or something. Or you can just pay for YouTube Premium.

Also, blocking ads is just one thing, but background play and PIP on mobile is a game changer. It sucks that Google is gatekeeping this on a premium tier that is stupidly expensive for some reason.
