Then I'll remember how utterly oversaturated the western market was. I think superheroes have become the modern day westerns. It could be that people are tired of, "You loved Guardians of the Galaxy, give these unknowns a chance." It could be that the genre itself is played out and people simply can't get excited for them the way that they could ten, twenty, or thirty years ago. |

It's kind of why I really dislike anime's that always portray someone who is LGBT as a pervert that wants to rape/sexual harass people. That's a shame. I will admit that I got some laughs out of that kind of humor at one point as well. The original Scary Movie comes to mind. That movie was hilarious when I was 14. I'm not sure if it would hold up on a rewatch. |

If they're invalid as a nation, so is America. Taking by force and defending against anyone wishing to reclaim the land is how the US came to be. And you could get rid of it twice as easily as you could Israel. Neither Israel nor Palestine have the right to end one another. They'll fight for decades, maybe even centuries, but there will come a point where both nations coexist and no amount of hatred from anyone is going to stop that. |

These characters aren't supposed to be sexualized for having exposed panties. It's actually meant to be the total opposite: they're too young and innocent to know that they're supposed to cover up. It's like that one sun tan lotion company that had the logo of the dog exposing the girl's butt. Somehow, that was seen as cute, funny, and innocent. Today, something like that would set off some red flags. Speaking of which, did they ever change that mascot? That's still kind of a thing in Japan, but it's long gone in the US and we're none the worse for it. |
