Blazing Saddles might count as straight parody movie.

Spinal Tap's a mockumentary. Big fan of all those Christopher Guest mockumentaries like Best in Show or Waiting for Guffman. Not sure those count.

I remember Dewey Cox having a few funny bits.

I'll second this. There are some really unfunny dated jokes, but I think it lands more than it misses.

Hot Fuzz

This and Blazing Saddles beg the question, Does it have to be a parody of a specific film/series or does a sendup of a genre count as well?

Was that made when "Ha, ha, you're gay" was still considered an acceptable joke?

Why wouldn't it count?

Murder by Death is an awesome murder mystery (technically a locked room murder mystery movie) parody.

Remember, The Rutles started it all.

It was, and unfortunately, I used to think they were so funny. Growing up does a lot to change ones sense of humor. It's kind of why I really dislike anime's that always portray someone who is LGBT as a pervert that wants to rape/sexual harass people.

Shaun of the Dead is great, but I'd probably call it more of a homage than a parody, or at least somewhere between them

That's a shame. I will admit that I got some laughs out of that kind of humor at one point as well. The original Scary Movie comes to mind. That movie was hilarious when I was 14. I'm not sure if it would hold up on a rewatch.

Yeah even I cringe a little when there's lazy humor like that. If it's any consolation for NATM, I usually laugh at stuff like this scene:
