Because none of them really speak to me directly. I supported Trump because he said a lot of things I liked and agreed with. I didn't vote for him, though, because I live in a safe red state and knew he would win our EVs either way.

I'm in a similar boat. I dont really vote, because neither party really matches up with my positions.

Though, I dont think I've ever supported Trump, beyond thinking he was funny and thinking how mad he mad some people was funny. I've said before that he is a buffoonish con man who managed to stumble his way into the presidency by some unholy miracle.

I'm sure the new movies are great spectacles of action and snarky, quippy humors. However, I'm just not interested.

I watched all the movies up to Endgame and I feel like that was a good ending. I just don't feel any desire to see more.

I've never been interested in the game and I dont particularly like the character design, but I really don't see why anyone would complain about her.

I've just never been able to really get into Spider-Man.

Chie and Kanji are the physical fighters of the group.

He is tankier and does higher single target damage, she is faster and has more aoe attacks and crits. Her ice spells are just to help with knockdowns, but she can learn Bufudyne if you go on 5 bike rides with her. If you want to spend that many days on one spell for her.

Generally, Kanji is better for boss fights and Chie is better for trash mobs. Chie also has a better ultimate spell, Dragon Hustle, compared to Kanji's The Man's Way.

Teddie is a strong support character, between his heals and buffs. He would work well with Yosuke, because Teddies learns Matarukaja and Marakukaja and Yosukr learns Masukukaja. Alternatively, Kanji also gets Matarukaja.

For party member builds and the Auto-Suku/Taru/Raku-kaja abilities, you could disregard them if you want to just make a Persona for Yu with all three Auto-Ma- versions of them. Then you just make sure you start the fight with Yu having that Persona active. Get all three buffs on the whole party from one Persona.

Gravity Maniuplation
Could make things weightless or simulate black holes. Could also emulate other powers like flight, barriers, and time manipulation to some extent.

Invincibility
Prevent any damage from burning, freezing, electrocution, irradiation, cutting, bludgeoning, sickness and disease, cancer, cellular deterioration, etc. Would emulate immortality too.

Super Intelligence
Hyper competence. Enabling me to manipulate situations to my favor, plan effective strategies for long term goals, etc.

How is it "pushing conservative ideals" when that literally is reality? One parent who has to work full time and make, potentially, half the the money, is never going to be able to fulfill both roles, and give enough attention to their children as two parents do/can. The statistics of not having a father-figure or two parents are all there ...the conclusion is obvious. You're more likely to get into trouble from a single parent household...on average. Exceptions certainly can happen.

Some people just have a weird resentment for traditional family structures.

Does this game have level scaling or anything (as in, being underleveled mattering more for damage than raw stats)? Back when I fought the 8 bit boss I tried to bring Chie who happened to be 8 levels underlevelled compared to the rest of my party I'd used in the dungeon, and she'd get one shot by the basic attack while my properly leveled characters could tank it and receive minimal damage. It's hard for me to envision the stat boosts from individual levels matter that much when they go up by 1 point at a time

Yeah, for example, the damage formula for physical attacks looks like:

DMG = 5 x sqrt(ST/EN x ATK) x MOD x HITS X RND

DMG = Damage
ST = Character's Strength stat
EN = Enemy's Endurance stat
ATK = Atk value of equipped weapon OR Pwr value of used skill
MOD = Modifier based on the difference between character level and enemy level
HITS= Number of hits (for physical skills)
RND = Randomness factor (~.95 - 1.05?)

So, if there is a large difference in level between the attacker and the target, it will effect the damage done.

As a note, equipment only matter to an extent. The weapon's attack stat only effects your basic attack. So, the additional effect/stat is more important.

Which is why the Kitchen Knives is regarded as one of Yosuke's best weapon: it gives a flat +10 Strength to benefit his persona's physical damage skills.

The defense stat on your armor only protects against physical attacks, so you want to look at the supplemental abilities there too.

From what I could see in the trailer, it does look like it takes more after XC1 in tone than XC2.
