Yes. Chris has a pretty severe case of autism, at least. He seems to have the mental state of a young child and, as such, is prone to gullibility, manipulation, and delusion. Especially by women or people pretending to be women.

He doesn't really understand the concept of consequences, which is why he consistently falls for trolls' manipulation and does or says things that make his situation worse.

It depends. Some locations, the tenant is responsible for paying utilities. Some locations, then landlord/housing company covers the utilities. Some locations, its a mix.

I currently rent a home where water, electricity, and gas are all covered. Doesnt matter how much we use, we never pay a bill out of our own pocket.

People don't doubt the authenticity of Chris' transgender status because he did something horrible. People doubt it because Chris is severely mentally disabled, out of touch with reality, and very prone to manipulation. He claims he is a goddess and a sonichu and that our universe will merge with a parallel universe at any minute, because trolls have deliberately enabled and exacerbated his delusions.

The doubt comes from the possibility that being trans is just another delusion Chris has that trolls have manipulated him into.

It's been debated and disputed - even among transgender people - if Chris even is legitimately trans. It's difficult to determine how Chris even thinks and functions, so nobody knows.

I think the argument is that Chris saying he is trans is just as much a lie/delusions as him also being an interdimensional goddess who regularly interacts with fictional characters in a parallel universe that is on the verge of merging with ours.

Originally, Chris planned to attend a My Little Pony convention across the country. His original plan was to drive their half-dilapidated van cross country by himself.

Considering Chris' diminished mental faxulties, this is obvious a bad idea. So, because he has a soft spot for Chris, Null (owner and admin of Kiwifarms), had made an arrangement with Chris to start a Gofundme to secure a flight for Chris instead. Fans could donate to this in exchange for Chris drawing commissioned pictures, making shout-out videos, etc. I heard there was also some talk on KF of a poster or two going with Chris as an escort/wrangler, but I haven't verified that part.

Yeah, Chris is pretty significantly mentally and socially impaired due to diagnosed autism.

This has meant that he is easily manipulated and exploited. He is also prone to delusions. Its why trolls have been able to talk him into doing, saying, and believing things.

That is the only cause for lingering doubt I have regarding this being real. That said, I think it is probably real.

I had a similar issue with a laptop I used to use. Had an SSHD in it. Disk usage was always at 100%, no matter what. Didn't matter what I was running, if anything.

I would suppose it's because they find the shocks to be more effective than other methods to dissuade the mentally disabled child from more harmful or unacceptable / less desirable behavior, than other means.
