The lakers have ZERO leverage here, the jazz are in no hurry to do something, or shouldn't be anyway. They have done the lakers a huge favor here. It probably still doesn't work out for the lakers, DLo isn't gonna turn them into a championship contender imo, but they are better now, and the jazz get some crap pick 4-5 years down the road. I appreciate the level of growth he experiences over the course of the game. But that doesn't make him less annoying in the first half, enough that he's not tops for me. They had such a good thing going with the vigilante approach dilemma and they just dropped that and the rest of Yuri's complexities completely in the second half.Well much like everything else in vesperia, the 2nd half felt not as great. But I am curious, what exactly is the end to that character arc that you want to see? Part of being mature means you're more set in your ways, I think it would've been less in character for yuri to suddenly go "Yeah flynn you're right, this isn't the right way to do it." As it stands, it basically ended with him and flynn agreeing to disagree, which is how lots of things in real life are resolved. I think that is as good an ending as you're gonna get that doesn't just do a 180 on either of yuri/flynn's established morals. Also, isn't there a sidequest at least that delves further into his vigilantism? IIRC there's another npc who starts doing that but more extreme and yuri is like "woah guy you're taking it too far" so clearly there is a line. We march forward and fight a single-player boss battle, a classic "kill the master of the beast first" situation. Costs us several Potions again. The boss informs us he's just one of three Garnet hunters dispatched, and Zidane... keeps this to himself? What?? What's going on here? Why was Zidane resisitant to the sleeping spell?? And why is he lying???I imagine he probably is just trying to keep garnet from worrying, noble but misguided. Also zidane is the one in the best physical condition of the 3 (He is an active thief after all) and the BW rang his bell, so that is my explanation as to why he woke up. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss |

He was on pace I think for close to 4k yards, he had a 16/4 td/int ratio, completing 67% of his passes...like that's fine isn't it? You could do a lot worse than him. If you want to argue injury, no qualms with that but like...he was having a good season.
