It may not be, but unless he's going to give these games an actual shot, why should we take anything he says on the subject seriously? After reading how he's spoken in the topic, does anyone believe he went in to any of the indie games he says he's played with an actual open mind, ready to have his opinion changed? I sure don't.

My main issue here is how he's basically saying "all your indie games suck and I'm right no matter what" and then being all "heaven forbid I express my OPINION to you people!" when people are obviously going to push back on such an offputting stance. Like he's not wrong in that indie games have a lower ceiling, it's natural that a small company doesn't have the resources like a company like nintendo. But to act like these games just don't exist and then get butthurt when someone uses them as an example of good games this year, no thanks.

If you don't like indie games, that's fine, you enjoy what you enjoy

But treating them as if they don't factor into a year's gaming quality at all just isn't a good thing to do. Especially if you're going to challenge people to try to prove you wrong when evidently, even if the perfect indie game came out, you've already made up your mind that you're right and everyone else is wrong, that you have only the finest taste and everyone else is willing to lap up garbage.

Maybe it's not that a lot of indie games are overrated, but that you have too high a standard for what's worth playing.

This was a very cookie-cutter week, if you got 10 wins you didn't do well. But leading the way this week were myself and @LadyVyxx with 13 wins! My perfect week was ruined by atlanta, while ladyvyxx went 13-0 on non-TNF games and 0-1 on TNF games. Good job vyxx!

Upset of the week, Atlanta by far, with only 2 picks. The only other underdog to win was Cleveland with 13. Good job picking atlanta, again to vyxx, and to @KommunistKoala!

Started playing disc golf last week with some friends, it feels good to get up and do something and not just literally sit in front of a computer all the time. We all suck since we just started but it's fun nonetheless. We've got 2 courses here and while my friends started a bit before me so they've been to both, I've only been to one and we're going to the other this Sunday, so that'll be interesting. Trying to resist the urge to buy more discs.

For me, it's that rudolph absolutely went chasing after him through his own teammates after they had already been separated, looking to keep it going. It's not like he was on the ground literally the entire time. It even looks like to me he was reaching again to try to take garrett's helmet off when he got whacked.
