How can one dude be worth that much? Do they even have advanced stats in NFL? What's replacement level value? What's a win worth?

Brotherhood skims through all of the stuff in the original. Instead of a full episode + some build up the whole thing gets a bit less than half of an episode. Like, you barely even find out Nina's name prior to the events, which basically ruins any chance of caring.

I stopped reading after this because I'm not wasting time on disingenous arguments. To me it's just a video game, if someone says it's good or bad I have no personal investment. I do think the remake is bad though and it's pretty obvious why.* On the other hand, you seem very emotionally invested in defending the game. Constant appeals to authority (everyone says it's good, reviewers said it's good), bizarre claims (the video is fake and edited but there is no proof), etc.

*It's bad because the OG RE4 was for gamers that focus on gameplay before all else. It's experiemental and different (for the time and today).
RE4R is for gamers that like to focus on graphics/aesthetics and a cinematic experience. It's formulaic and by the books.

Can't blame them for wanting to try again with games that had the install base of the hardware working against them, on a much more successful platform.

You could say the same for just about every port or update or sequel of a Wii U game that the Switch got.

Xenoblade X is probably the only holdout left that could be feasibly ported to the Switch.

I mean that's fair, but it's pretty wild that of the 6 teams to start a season at least 10-0 previously (obviously not counting the Rays yet), 3 of them ended up missing the postseason entirely and only 1 even made the World Series (the 55 Dodgers, the first team to even start a season 10-0, and which they won).

Also the 03 Royals are the only other team to even start a season 9-0 in the Wild Card era, and they also didn't even make the playoffs in the end lol.

And anytime these bums are good they fail to win it. Just gets frustrating to root for them so thats part of the reason I just dont engage with baseball anymore. Not to mention the good players get traded after a few years because the team is so poor

Kind of interesting that looking this good this early might actually be a bad thing.
