I'd put the sidequests in roughly the same tier as far as quality with XVI being a little better. Only that there was less side content overall in XVI than Rebirth, which honestly is a great thing. There's too fucking much side garbage in Rebirth.

that's nuts if the 3D vcache is enough for that much of a difference - although, outside of benchmarking numbers, i don't really know that it means much in terms of actual performance. if you're running at max settings w/ a solid 60/100/144 frames and stuff already, none of that extra performance is doing anything.

It helps a lot with minimum frames in certain CPU heavy games like MMOs

I personally have not had much of an issue with Windows updates, except for the time when it activated HDR for Windows (why the fuck is that a thing) which dropped my performance in a ton of games until I figured out what it was.

How old is your PC that HDR has a noticeable effect on performance?

Is something wrong with 16's framerate? I didn't notice anything on PS5, though the motion blur was pretty awful at first.

It's either 30 FPS or a weird unstable 45ish FPS both of which are unplayable for an action game

I still loved it, it would just be so much better on real hardware
