This is making me feel better for buying stocks the past few months

If it wasn't for band, I would have hated high school. I got really into playing alto sax. I might have been a 5th year senior if it wasn't for band keeping me motivated to stay eligible. Starting in 9th grade, I was dealing with health issues that caused me to start failing classes for the first time in my life. It was miserable.

Yeah, I'm still putting a little bit in here and there. I'm not making large buys like I used to mostly because I'm trying to focus more of my money on paying off debts. My car should be paid off in 2023, and then I plan to pay off a couple of other things I've bought. Then I'll likely be putting most of my money in cash on hand savings, but still investing more with the money I've freed up every month.

Yeah, I used to look up to Brett Favre when I was a kid. It's really surprising how some people seem to be determined to be pieces of shit. Brett Favre made a ton of money in the NFL, so there's no need for him to have to steal money from the poor and less fortunate like this.

No, and I'm not sure what the deal with our relationship with our cable vendor is. We've had a number of situations where the cable vendor goes out, runs copper/fiber, doesn't test it, and then leaves the site. Then we come in days to months later and realize the cable doesn't work.

But the team I'm on doesn't manage the relationship or contact with the cabling vendor at all.

Yeah, this is not good. Don't promise people something and then take it away.

This is one of the things I really like doing in this line of work. Especially now that I'm at a company that doesn't try to bullshit the IT infrastructure and try to reduce the network spend to $5000 per store.

I'd say the only part of it I don't like is getting layer 1 to work, especially when fiber is involved.

• Roll fiber on one side. Nope.
• Roll fiber on other side. Nope
• Swap SFP. Nope.
• Swap fiber jumpers on both sides.
• Try another fiber pair. Nope.
• Oh wait, the fiber vendor put the labels on the fiber pairs backwards, so we never actually had the end to end connection

It's also great that I'm now just doing the remote networking piece and we have teams of people who do all of the physical on site work.

How is it even a truck?

It has a flatbed in the back and a tailgate that comes down. It just has a cover under normal circumstances. I can't remember how the cover slides away physically, but I'm pretty sure it would just be a matter of a button press method on the key fob or a tap on the display.

Edit: I can't remember if the flatbed is completely covered or not any more. I'd have to look it up.

she has no kids so this divorce isn't a major issue, which is what the "PROGRESSIVE AND TOLERANT" liberals should really focus on. Divorce is brutal on kids. Glad they didn't have any. Hopefully their separation is good for the both of them.

Just please make sure to do all the proper checks and if anyone is around tell them it's off or better yet lock the main panel

Yeah, I've got a lock on the main panel and the panel that houses the HVAC disconnect.

Also, thanks for reminding me. I used my outlet tester on all of the plugs on that circuit and they tested properly.

I've had a couple breakers die at my house. July 4th weekend of 2021, my mom came to visit my new house for the first time and my fucking AC stopped working. I was so pissed off. I called an electrician out and he replaced the breaker. The problem there was that he replaced a 35 amp breaker with a 20amp breaker, so my AC didn't even have a chance in hell of actually working. I was livid. My house got up to 90 degrees and I was struggling, lol.

There was a secondary problem that the condenser in the AC unit went out, but the air conditioning people came out to fix that within a day or so. I don't think I'll ever call an electrician if I just think there's a bad breaker again.

It really does sound a lot harder than it is. There's a bit of struggle with:

• Choosing the correct breaker
• Getting the other two wires to go back into the new breaker in the dark.

I was holding a flashlight in my mouth and a screwdriver in one hand, lol. I also have a current testing pen to verify whether there is current flowing in the wires. Once I turned the power off at the main panel and used that to verify that I wasn't about to electrocute myself, I was ready to go at it.

Yeah. I took a picture of a sticker on it that had an issue number, and I ordered one with that same issue number. Then I pulled it off and realized there was another wire attached, lol. Then I saw the extra sticker on the side that had the actual part number. They didn't have the exact part number, but the one I got said it could replace any breaker with certain color codes. The old one had a blue label on the front and the packaging said it could replace blue ones.

Today I learned, and I'm much less apprehensive about working on my electrical panel on my own.

I eventually want to get a SPAN smart electrical panel, but that'll be a few years from now at best.

I did it. Woo.

So far, the new circuit breaker hasn't tripped at all. Gotta keep an eye on the stuff that's plugged into that circuit to see if they turn off again, but I'm glad I chose to do this myself.

The only error I made was buying the wrong kind. I didn't realize there was a panel neutral wire that was part of the old circuit breaker. The first new one had a slot for it, but I think you're supposed to supply your own wire for it. I tried cutting off the wire from the old one and stripping it, but I couldn't quickly figure out how to insert it.

So I ended up going to Lowe's to get one that had the wire attached already. I struggled a bit to put the new one back into the slot properly, but I got it and I think I'm good to go.

Now to catalog the kind I just bought so I'll know that I need that kind in the future.

I had that experience. It wasn't day by day, but the symptoms definitely changed over time.

• Slightly sore throat
• Very sore throat
• Hit by truck feeling, severe headache, trouble concentrating, random fevers. Night time fevers.
• Couldn't sleep for 2 days straight. Runny nose, night time fevers, headaches
• Congestion in chest, nose, and throat, headaches, night time fevers
• Loss of taste/smell, all other symptoms remain
• Taste/smell came back after about a week
• Symptoms getting better. No more fevers, but I still had a lot of congestion

I was sick for about a month.

This is one of the guys who assaulted officer Fanone when the officer was pulled into the crowd.

I change them all the time. When its a screwed into place is about the only time i turn the main off. What brand? Out of curiosity

How do you stop the current to replace the breaker?

I just need to turn the main panel off outside and it will stop all current flowing into the house.

I'm not an electrician, but it seems to be pretty easy. Just gotta wait for the new circuit breaker to be delivered.

It's gonna be toward the east right now and a white/slightly amber color. You can use a constellation tracking app like Star Map to get an idea of which direction to look.

Nah, there are a couple people who have been given longer sentences for January 6th. This sentence isn't for January 6th, though
