I don't eat out much, no soda/alcohol/cigs, few snacks (on a typical day I usually have coffee + lunch + dinner, and no snacks), and no water (I have a Brita). From my understanding, fair use comes into play when reporting on something as news, using something as a parody, etc. Simply uploading someone elses work does not come across as fair use, but rather pirating. Its why full TV shows or movies will be pulled from YouTube if they are uploaded. I think GilvaSunner and others like him fall into a gray area between preservation and piracy because much of the music isn't easily available otherwise. You can just pay for a streaming service sub or buy/rent most shows and movies, while for VGM in particular less effort is put into making it consumable. Albums for OSTs are spotty at best and good luck finding ones for old or obscure titles. I heard Nintendo recently uploaded the OST to one pokemon game but that's like a drop in the ocean.
