I wouldn't have even considered going for C6 had I not gotten three of her in less than 100 pulls.

R4 skyward is probably better but it's also probably better on someone else since R1 Amos only has a ~5% advantage over R1 Skyward for Ganyu but skyward is still top dog for most everyone else while only Ganyu & Yoimiya can really use Amos.

That was actually really crazy. In the last 10 pulls I've gotten 1x Zhongli, 1x Amos Bow and 1x Ganyu. 30 pulls before that I got 1x Ganyu. That's some good shit.

To be fair I'm pretty sure I burned a hard pity on the weapon banner by accident and I really didn't need it. So that's basically the worst.

So I'll be first to admit that I actually love fan service, but I actually think Jean's new outfit looks so much better giving her position as acting grandmaster. I always felt like her original outfit felt a bit too unprofessional for her position.

Yeah I checked. I was at 70 pulls on the weapon banner so I was primed for a hard pity. What a waste. Oh well, at least I got Amos instead of Vortex Vanquisher.

So the only "lucky" pull was getting Ganyu within ten pulls of Zhongli. Which is pretty damn lucky NGL.

The only part of Jeans outfit that I thought was unprofessional were those really tight pants that give you a clear view of her ass when you glide.

And the new outfit didnt really change that so.

It's astonishing to me how terrible Keqing is even at C6. A C6 5-Star main DPS for fuck's sake!

I wouldn't really call Keqing terrible at C4, her damage is good, but yeah she isn't impressive when you compare to the top tier like the cryo queens, or Raiden C2.

I figure Mihoyo will eventually release an electro dps artifact set, or a very powerful dendro+electro reaction and it may make her as powerful as mono pyro Klee or optimized vape Diluc

I definitely remember hearing that version 2.5 would give an electro artifact set that is specifically good on Keqing.

Even if I'm remembering right, of course, it's just a rumor though so take this with a grain of salt.

Considering there are those that prefer cryo Keqing or pyro Keqing...

She hits hard, but there is practically no reason why Keqing has to be the one melee that has the highest stamina cost for her charge attack. Then you have Ayaka whose charge attack is infinitely superior with lower stamina cost.

So I'm skipping Miko, but I hear that there might be a double Banner after her that is Raiden and Kokomi and it makes me wonder if I should go for Raiden's C3 which, at least according to theory crafters, is as much of a DPS upgrade as her C2 because of the scaling.

I like how Cloud Retainer tries so hard to seem like an elitist ass, but it's obvious she's a softie and loves her "kids"

You can shoot the ground, it's OK

Because that's how arrows work

There are times when shooting the foot is preferred, but other times, wasting the initial shot is a mark of colossal failure.

Ganyu is the exception for aiming. While its better to hit on target for maximum damage, you can still hit the enemy with the frostflake if you shoot nearby them

I have prototype crescent R5, so hitting the head is obligatory for my big pp dmg.
Luckily, she's freeze spec, so the only challenge is getting used to Genshin's completely fucking broken crosshair and bow aim mechanics

1. Clam adds physical damage on top (which can be superconducted) and during burst she consistently maxes it. Outside of burst, it's effectly damage on top of the jelly if you stay near it.
2. Kokomi doesn't crit. So say you compare her to another char who crits 10000, Kokomi may outdps him with 8000 damage hits, because luck is not involved at all. You can do fast 2 normal cancel loops, with or without charged attacks for high damage.
3. Jelly damage
4. Reaction damage, vape and electrocharge are a pretty great bonus.
5. C1 adds another hit, which is afaik also an off-cooldown reaction

Alone, Kokomi definitely isn't thaaaat powerful.
But hydro is a great element at boosting other elements, making her really good at improving overall group damage. It's why Mihoyo is so afraid of giving us unrestricted hydro main dps chars.

I figure Ayato will be hydro main dps? This is gonna be amusing.

A slow hydro main DPS would be pretty good because forward vaporize is stronger than reverse vape, and tartaglia attacks too fast.

By the way, I was reading some of albedo's dialogue and he mentions how Lisa's attitude and position as a librarian doesn't seem to match her purported academic prowess, which makes me wonder if there's more to Lisa coming when sumeru comes out

Sustains DPS better
Is far easier to use
Has better constellations

At C0 Klee just does more.

Whether or not you get more Yanfei cons is random unless there is Lantern Rite every week.

Also Klee can cancel her CA animation freely while Yanfei has no such luxury (the cancel timing is strict).

Yanfei does have much more range.

Yanfei also - attacks faster, synergizes with Xingqiu and Fischl more easily, generates a shield at C4, has nearly free charged attacks when played correctly.

Yanfei's only utility is the shield, which really doesn't help much outside of herself and, like, 1 specific other group setup. Shield users have been getting a regular kick in the balls every update since Inazuma.

Klee has some serious brute force (stunlocking minibosses), groupwide energy recovery at C0 that multiplies at C6, extreme pyro application (easy shield break for every element except pyro) that grows stronger at C1, DEF shred at C2.

Preference and Yanfei very situational, Klee is more versatile.
Yanfei playstyle is cancerous against any large ungathered enemy groups and she cannot be used with Venti's burst at all because her charge attack has low height reach. Ever tried fighting Cicin mages as Yanfei? Makes you immediately want to throw her out. If the enemies move at all, GG Yanfei.
Yanfei has to stand still and must not move, must not get hit. So unlike Klee, Yanfei is absolutely insufferable without shielding and her own shield isn't really enough IMO.

Okay, that's just wrong.
C1 for Klee adds another pyro application for shield breaking and synergizes fantastically with Solar Pearl.
C2 DEF shred makes Klee clearly superior to Yanfei C6 in damage and utility, no contest.
C3 and C5 are nice talent boosts coz all Klee abilities are very strong and useful.
C4 makes Yanfei look like a fucking joke, just a 555% extra damage instance on top what her burst does and she can instantly control when it goes off just like Eula's burst (cue vaporize or melt), afaik can set it off twice 5 seconds apart.
C6 makes her auto-regen the full group's burst energy and gives groupwide pyro damage bonus (cue mono pyro).

Playing Yanfei for dps makes her stamina inefficient.
Playing Yanfei stamina-efficiently robs her of dps.

.

Long story short, in the end it's all preference and both are very strong, but Yanfei's only real advantages are her ability to utilize reactions properly, more casual playstyle and her long range (which comes with severe downsides).

Klee definitely is not much worse at C0 and give her any constellations, she beats down Yanfei.
