The difficulty spike w/ the E4 & champ at the end threw me for a loop. I'd been solo-ing the entire game in true Pokemon fashion and then all of a sudden I hit a wall with them. I barely made it out alive after the E4 but then Cynthia decimated me.

Were the originals like this? I don't remember DP being like that. I mean I know I'm casual but damn.

8 players is too chaotic for me. Hell, I even struggle with 4 these days, lol. I prefer only 2 or 3 at a time.

Tried to cover all the bases here. I've seen most folks clamoring for a Galaxy 3, and I don't blame 'em - the Galaxy series is the pinnacle of the Super Mario series, imo. But an Odyssey 2 or even Sunshine 2 would be awesome af. Or even just Odyssey DLC, idc.

Though tbh, I'd be happy with any of these (well, except for a mobile game).

Agreed. Glad to see SMB2 getting some love, it's criminally underrated. It's my favorite Mario platformer. Killer OST and introduced some staple Mario characters and concepts, i.e. Birdo, Shy Guy, turnips, floating Peach, etc.
